The room was very basic, but also spatious and comfortable. Although the hotel itself is rather outdated and worn out, the room was very clean. The location of the hotel is great : 25 min walk from a central station, in a rather quite street, close to museums and cafes. P.s. it was very nice finding the water bottles in the room on arrival: had a very late check in and was really in need of some refreshment, so that really earns the hotel some extra bonus from me :)

Outdated interior with appearantly old spilage spots on the corridor and room carpets. Also, the shower was clogging and the water preasure was not great making the showering experience not ideal.

The room was really nice, bed was soft and comfortable. Bathroom with a shower was very clean and had all the necessities. I didn't have the hotel's breakfast, but there are vending machines, coffee and tea at the lobby (with charge) and micro oven and grill that you can use to prep your meals. Just two tables and 8 chairs, which is not enough if there are larger groups. Pizza place and market just outside the hotel where you can find pre-prepped meals and salads. Location was good, about 20 min walk from center, really safe and quiet area. I was there a bit earlier, and check-in is at 3pm. But as soon as my room was ready, I was able to go in.

Amazing location, nice & friendly receptionists, VERY comfortable bed, TV, and a huge private bathroom with a bath!! (Not just a shower). It is also open 24/7, even for check in! Which is not the case in most hotels But on the day of my arrival, I took the wrong bus and called the hotel to let them know that I won’t make it there before 11:00 ~ 11:30 PM and they told me it’s fine as the receptionists stay the whole 24 hours so it’s okay to check in at ANY time I want! The hotel is also open all night! They just close the door after 12am for safety but there is always someone sitting inside at the receptionist desk, so if you just ring the door bell, they will open immediately

the staff were so lovely. I needed some plasters and the lady on reception spent some time looking for what I needed. We came back to the hotel very late one evening and made use of the kitchen facilities in the lobby. there is a vending machine with various sandwiches available, and a grill to heat them on. there’s also a microwave, coffee machine and a tea selection. the bedroom was comfortable with a generous amount of space, the bathroom was clean and well kept. There is a bus stop directly opposite which takes you to central Eindhoven

Great clean and comfortable rooms, clean private bathroom with towels also provided. The staff was great, night shift lady was very helpful and tried her best to answer our questions which was really great!

We booked 2 double rooms for 4 people altogether and one room was bigger than the other with a bigger bed also. Not a big deal but it would've been nice to receive the exact same thing since prices for double rooms are identical.

Great location. Due to late arrival I couldn't get an uber, but the hotel was reachable on foot. There also plenty of breakfast options in the vicinity. Convenient hall area, I was able to work for some time after checkout and before catching my flight.

Too expensive for this quality of accommodation. It's important to note that breakfast option in the hotel is actually a vending machine.

Easy-going staff, the room was made upon returning to it, even when not explicitly asking for it.

At one point I had to ring the bell at the front door because I arrived late in the evening, even though at the beginning I was told that there was no closing period.

Beds were very well made. The room it self was decently sized with even an open area next to the bed. We were also very happy with the air conditioner.

Bathroom did show some places that looked unclean. They weren't but probably over the years some dirt crept into places hard to clean. This wasn't deal breaking.

The room has a full bathtub. Not a bad location, even if you walk, it's only half an hour from the central station and 20 minutes from the city center. The air conditioning also did a great job during a sweltering day.

So a coffee machine and snack automat it is all possibility for your breakfast in the morning

Nice and pleasant stay. The room was spacious, it has everything you need. the air conditioner works great. Everything is clean and tidy. 15 minutes walk from the center. Close to the market. You can only pay city taxes with a card.
