I've stayed here on numerous occasions now visiting friends that live in Eindhoven and I'm always happy to stay again. As a solo traveler or with others it's been great every time. Very comfortable, safe and clean. The staff are always lovely to deal with and very helpful. It's excellently located and very reasonable prices for the area. I have stayed in numerous rooms and they have all been clean and comfortable with fabulous modern facilities. I stayed in the suite this time and it was definitely worth the money, it was a fabulous view, amazing facilities and very comfortable. I love the green initiative that if you put out the do not clean my room sign you get a voucher for a beverage at the bar, it's very clever. I could not recommend this hotel more.

We stayed in a suite, which was really nice, clean and comfortable. The location is great, just across from Eindhoven Centraal. I did not catch the name of the staff member working on the reception desk, but the man (working on 26/Oct and 27/Oct was a really nice guy and had great chat about our visit for the football. Hopefully NH see this and reward the staff for their help and friendliness:) Would 100% stay again!

It’s relatively loud outside the hotel on an evening, so if you’re a light sleeper it may not be great, however this was a Saturday night after PSV played football, so may have been a lot busier

Location was good, and staff were polite and expedient. The room was clean and the bed reasonably comfortable. The breakfast was good quality and fresh tasting, and the overall spread provided has something for everyone. I only found out later that you can order custom omelettes and other stuff directly from the kitchen, but nobody approach our table to take orders so we just picked at the offerings buffet style.

I was unable to get the temperature in my room low enough for a good quality sleep. Even though I try adjusting the thermostat multiple times, it ignored my settings and stayed at 25c, which with the combination of the heavier duvet, resulted in poor sleep quality, tossing and turning, and sweating.

Great location. 10m walk from the railway station. Great service. Rooftop bar. Right in the center which is both good and bad (noise). If you are not planning to party till late I would think some other places could be better. There is always fresh water and some snacks in the lobby which is nice.

The audio/video setup was a bit confusing but it could be just me. Room layout a bit annoying as the room was divided by a long desk which did not have much use as you had little space between both beds (it is probably different when you have 2 pax occupancy we had the added bed not the sofa). The coffee area is hard to access. Our coffee machine did not work and although we asked this was not fixed.

The location is very good, in the middle of the city center and also very near to the Eindhoven Central Station. The staff is very well prepared and polite all the time. The room is nice and the breakfast is also nice! Very good experience .

The only negative part is the parking, they could have a parking space or at least a paid valet in the hotel. There is no place to park near the hotel and the public parking was not always opened.

Great location, very friendly staff, clean room. We opted for 'no cleaning required' and got free drinks in the sky bar. Overall the hotel and facilities are great. The only thing that was a bit annoying is that because the bathroom is 'see through' with the glass shower into the room, when you turn on the bathroom lights at night, it basically is like switching the light on in the bedroom as well. It would be better to have the bathroom fully covered to avoid this.

+ Nice, elegant room, bigger than most I've been to in the Netherlands + spacious and classy bathroom. + My kids were delighted to find on their beds a "welcome gift". It was such a beautiful surprise and it made our day.

- The restaurant. We didn't feel welcome at all. - Pricey and limited choices. - Poor customer service. Not only that one of the young ladies working there couldn't remember what we ordered (although it was very basic), but she gave us some attitude, and she also moved us from a table to the bar, motivating us that the table was for bigger groups. Only 10 minutes later 2 gentlemen came and she didn't seem to have the same rule for bigger groups and she invited them to sit at the very same table she made us get up from.

Fantastic location, right in the centre and just a few minutes walk to the station. Breakfast was very good, staff was fantastic. Lobby decor and layout felt awkward and disappointing but the room was well stocked, beautifully decorated in modern and clean furnishings.

We unfortunately stayed the night that PSV were playing and a few festivals. When they came back at 2am we could hear everything. There is no soundproofing. The two tiny elevators were not enough for breakfast traffic.

It was a wonderful place to stay! The location is just perfect - close to the train and the city center, right in front of a bus station and you can rent a bike. The rooms were so nice and comfortable. Great amenities and we got the sweetest care package for our 8 year-old boy, which was lovely. The breakfast is really great! Lots of choices and great view of the city. I highly recommend the place!

Nothing meaningful. There were a couple of misunderstandings with the staff (minor issues, and I guess it was probably the language barrier). The staff was always available and helpful, so the issues were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction.

The hotel is nice and cozy with a great location. Very close to the train station and the city center. Friendly staff.

It’s my third time staying at this hotel, and when I requested a complimentary 1 hour late check out my request was rejected. I know these kind of requests are subject to room availability, however a 1 hour late check-out is very reasonable, especially during off-season and when the hotel is not very crowded.
