Design Hotel Glow

First of all: our room was ready to use a couple of hours before the standard check-in time. Secondly, when I ask them to refill my hand-soap dispenser, they haven't done just that, but they've also changed sheets and towels. There was no need for that and still they did it. That shows that the hotel employees care about their guests satisfaction. Last, but not least: very polite, smiling and helpful staff, with positive attitude, ready to do as much as they can to make your stay in the city easier is the crown jewel of the hotel. Oh, and the coffee machine that is (almost) 24/7 available gives you some extra point, hehe.

No complaints whatsoever.

This was a lovely modern hotel that had a quaint tranquil vibe to it. The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel facilities were excellent even before check in. I always have a habit of getting there too early, this hotel had an amazing chill out living space with complimentary tea and coffee. The room itself was so spacious and comfortable, it felt better than home. It was in the heart of Eindhoven and extremely close to food and shopping outlets. This hotel was an ideal accommodation for my needs, I went to a show and the hotel was around the corner from the venue which made it perfect. I will be staying here again next time I am in Eindhoven.

the hotel might seem a bit far from the station but it's very centrally located and also not that far to the station. we were able to reach everywhere we wanted within 20~ min of walking. We also liked the room itself, although it's not the most inspiring it's practical, big enough and clean.

the view / location of the balcony, you can literally skip from one balcony to the other room's one and it felt crowded. and also the view of it was just to a parking lot which most of the times was either noisy or smelled of smoking which got into the room if we left the door open.

Very clean rooms, property in the center of the city and really close to Eindhoven Centraal Station. The lounge had a vending machine where you could buy snacks and refreshments and free coffee and tea for guests - nice touch. The rooftop terrace was amazing for enjoying your coffee in the morning and chill out in the evening after a long day, with no hour restriction.

No dislikes, only a suggestion: it would be helpful to have slippers in the rooms for the guests and an iron in every room.

The hotel is located at a perfect spot if you want to visit the city centre and shop. Also lots of places to have a drink and eat within less than a 5 min walk. The hotel itself has a very modern look, the rooms are clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.

The wifi could have been better :)? The parking lot (paid till 21:00) across the street is full of junkies and dealers during the day, walking up to you asking for money and claiming to watch your car for you? No incidents so far, but i have no idea how safe it is to park there for an extended period of time?

The staff was very nice and friendly. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, our room was not ready yet but we could use common restroom, dining room with a coffee machine, and the roof terrace, and store our luggage until the check-in. Beds were very comfortable, room and bathroom clean. An iron and ironing board were in the room. The coffee machine with free hot drinks in the lounge room was an advantage.

A shelf in the bathroom would be nice to have more space to put cosmetics or clothes when you’re changing/taking shower. We were hanging our towels on the hangers so that they’re not exchanged every day (as per note in the bathroom, only towels thrown on the floor would be changed) but they were changed every day anyway.

I slept very well, perhaps it was because I was tired but perhaps it was also because of the great beds. I wonder which mattresses they use. I also really liked the breakfast

I liked everything. The stay was very good. If I have to mention something (but this is style/personal taste), it is that I am not the biggest fan of black/dark carpet. I prefer something light because it makes the room lighter, and personally I also prefer a hard floor (like laminate) because it is cleaner ivm allergies.

Room was clean, nice and spacious. Interesting steampunk theme throughout the hotel and walking into the hotel feels like walking into a cave (in a good way). Has a lounge and open air outdoor seating. Staff were friendly and obliged to a room change from a double bed -> twin (their mistake as I had specified twin in booking). Enjoyed my stay :D

The pillows are weirdly square shaped and uncomfortable for me. I'm not sure if it's normal to have these pillows in Netherlands but I was not used to it and it was hard to fall asleep. From the entrance door to the beds, there's like a one stair drop. It's just a bit weird to have a tripping hazard in the hotel room.

The hotel was just off the pedestrianised centre but within walking distance of all the central attractions. The room was large, with good facilities and a big ensuite. It was interesting to receive a breakfast tray delivered to the room at the time you ordered it. This was because they had no dining facilities. There was a coffee room and a large terrace the customers could use. The hotel was very chic.

Had problems trying to block out extraneous light with the curtains. The windows overlooked the backs of either peoples' flats or offices and the path between them was occasionally noisy at night.

Reception and housekeeping staff were really friendly and helpful. Clean room, comfy beds and great location. Really nice design hotel and perfect stay.

No complaints. Only thing that would improve it from my perspective as a lone female would be some kind of security person at night (especially weekend when the street was busy with groups of men on nights out). I always got a bit worried someone might follow me into the hotel as the door didn't close straight away.
