Great location - literally 2 minutes from the train station and 2 minutes to the open air restaurant areas Great breakfast - really organized and good options including specialty teas and coffee, everything to make your ideal yogurt granola pot, hot items like scrambled, hard boiled eggs and bacon. Continental items like hams, cheeses, and obviously the pastries. Big room compared to other hotels Cleaning service is good. Room has kettle and speciality tea and coffee - nice touch.

Room had a really ugly view of service area behind the hotel - all we could see were ventilation ducts and fire escapes. Guess we were unlucky. Would have preferred a higher room with a view of the street. Room was a bit dark, dark carpet, dark furniture. Carpet needs changing to a lighter colour and lighting needs a review. Bathroom needs some care - toilet looked recently changed and seat does not stay up due to an installation mistake. No lobby - this is probably a cosmetic aspect but it doesn't feel like a grand hotel. A very simple reception and straight to the rooms. I wouldn't recommend for a romantic stay. Doors are not so well insulated. Other travellers were making noise in the hall and we could hear everything.

The room!- Very good sized, beds were incredibly comfortable, the cot was a good size, bedding was soft and pillows were perfect. Good sized TV and space for luggage. Room came with a complimentary bar of chocolate, tea, water and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom - very good sized bath and separate large shower cubicle. Very good sized bathroom (although questionable tile colour) Cleanliness - really clean room. Cleaners were also very friendly and happy. Later than average checkout was nice especially considering our late check in. Location is right in the middle of the town centre next to all the main shopping areas + very short walk to all the best bars in town.

Breakfast - continental breakfast was fine, only served scrambled eggs and streaky bacon though as warm food. Toaster was small and very busy so there was a long wait for toast. The price was excessive based on what was on offer. And the greeter was very miserable and abrupt. The room rate was very fair but the breakfast wasn't great value for money. Hotel Car park "could have" been free considering it was well secured and only for hotel guests and needed access via buzzing reception, but price was pretty much the same as the local Q parks so wasn't a win or loss really.

Our room was really well located. We were given an earlier check in time by Freek on reception which we appreciated so much as we had been travelling for hours. This made our stay so much more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is second to none. It is so central and just minutes from the train station and centre of town.

The weather! It rained quite a lot during our stay, however there is so much to see and do in Eindhoven that it didn't really matter. Also the numerous cafes and bars located close by are well equipped to deal with inclement weather.

I arrived earlier than expected. The room was not ready and I was invited to use lunch area to stay working. Then I was offered to check-in in a room up-grade, although without fridge (they informed me in advance). Very kind all the staff. There is coffe in the room, a small nespresso with regular and decaffeined capsules. 1 bottle free water. Very close to train station and to city center.

I'm doing an effort to find anything that I didn't like and I cannot find anyone... if something comes to my mind, I will let you know. Next May 22nd I will use again the hotel. I will try to find any negative aspect, or maybe not, I will enjoy again this fantastic hotel...

Extremely good buffett breakfast with lots of choice. Business feel, super close to station, whole thing is no effort. They remembered the couple of fairly unusual requests I had, so the attention to detail was much appreciated. Effective Aircon in the rooms, bed and duvet super comfy - and not too hot or heavy, felt that way perhaps at first but I woke up super refreshed. Gym is mixed, it is outdated and subpar equipment, however you are likely to have it completely to yourself :). Curtains go all the way around the room so you can truly block out the light, which I appreciated.

Little bit on the single glazed front on the upstairs floors, so if it is a super busy weekend you might get a bit of noise in from the street. However Dutch people are civilised, and this didn't affect my sleep at all.

I loved the comfort of the room most. The breakfast was nice, albeit not as child friendly as other places we stayed in on our trip. Otherwise the staff were super helpful and friendly throughout and could not have done more to make us feel welcome.

Hotel had issue with one of the two elevators... no service elevator so this could lead to frustration. Otherwise the gym was functional. Available space for breakfast could be an issue at the weekend, but did not affect us.

The location was excellent: close to the train station (which has a bus connection to the airport) but without the noise of moving trains. This is a lively area with a lot of shops, bars, and restaurants. It was somewhat noisy on weekend nights, but I almost couldn't hear it in my room. The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions in Eindhoven, such as Van Abbe Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art.

Hotel was located in a perfect location and the staff were so friendly and approachable. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back. The bed was so comfy and the fridge was a nice touch. Loved the coffee machine and the view was perfect.

toilet was a bit gross underneath the seat but not a big deal as you couldn't see it standing up but i noticed when I was picking something up off the floor.

Very central, a few minutes away from all the main attractions in the city centre; surprisingly quiet nonetheless. Staff was extremely kind and offered us a free upgrade when there was an issue with our check-in.

Check-in was initially a bit chaotic as we were given a room that hadn't been tidied up. The optional breakfast seemed pricey (19 euros pp), so we decided not to try it. The beds could have been more comfy.

I appreciated the online check in which made things very quick and liked how the staff would say hi when you passed them. The location was great as there were so many places to eat and shop within walking distance and not even 5 minutes away from the train station

House keeping didnt replace used mugs and glassess so it would have been nice to get clean ones
