We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the hotel, even if only for a few days. The staff was very friendly from the beginning, with a warm reception and quality help during our stay. The check-in itself was done via a smartphone app and the room was already available when we arrived. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was great for our stay, in a quiet neighborhood, close to several great restaurants and pastry shops.

It's a bit far from some public transportation lines, especially the one coming from the airport. The type of room we received included spa access but we had to request the towels and bathrobe from the reception. The spa itself is nothing spectacular, with a medium-sized pool; unfortunately, the saunas are quite small (fit 1-2 people at max). It wasn't a problem for us as the hotel wasn't crowded.

This hotel is amazing. The building itself is lovely, great ambience. Lovely place to sit and read (many books on the shelves) in front of an open fire in the lobby where you can also buy food (Elizabeth makes a mean Pizza!) They have a lovely pool (with sauna) and a games room that my sons loved (foozball table, dartboard and PS4) Perfect for the cold weather- I found many times I had to coax them out! We stayed in the Business Suite which was a great size for us 4- 40m2+ so plenty of space and we weren’t crowded- they had their own corner and we had ours :) The amenities in the room were top notch (hair dryer, iron, coffee machine and kettle) plus they had Elmis brand everything so my skin was happy! Great towel robes ample towels and slippers great for when we went swimming a few times during our stay. a special mention to the heating in the room- I find hotel rooms notoriously cold and therefore uncomfortable for me but the heating was very quick and easily controlled to whatever temperature which made our stay even more comfortable. the Location is brilliant- 3-6 minutes walk to anywhere! so central but also very quiet which was a lovely surprise. the hotel with everything above makes it ideal for both families and for a romantic getaway (we are now planning ours!) Leaving the best to last- the real asset to this hotel are the staff. They are simply the best hotel staff I have experienced in Europe for a long time. Nothing was too much to ask they were always happy to help and SO friendly it left my husband and I wondering if Eindhoven as a city just has nicer people (?!) Special shout out to Jelle- Travelling with young kids is always a little stressful but honestly he did everything to make us all smile… so enjoyable was our stay in fact we forgot we had to Check Out and decided to extend our stay :D Again Jelle helped us through this and made sure our last minute booking went smoothly so we had the same room.

Hotel staff is best in class. Franchesca Nikkolas Mohamed Iris - I stayed a week for Engineering project business and then after a week in Spain I came back for one night on my own dollar because these people make a hotel experience what it should be. Professional and classy but also fun and inviting and you feel like you’re truly taken care of. The location is awesome too so close to all the restaurants in city center happenings. Swimming pool in the morning for laps was perfect the breakfast buffet is amazing. Two other staff one with black glasses in the front desk and a blonde girl who weaves scarves into her braid in the breakfast Buffet also helpful and awesome but I don’t know their names.

The central reception area is very nice and modern. However the rooms needs renovation and maintenance. For instance in our room the carpet in some areas was rotten, the bathroom door from edges broken and bath tub shows worn, toilet seat is also not of the latest standars The amount of money which I paid is equivalent to top class hotels that I normally stay. Therefore price doesnt add up until or unless necessary renovations are caried out by the hotel management

I have stayed here earlier as well and everytime the experience has been fantastic.I stayed in business suite and the room size was very good. Swimming pool was very clean and kids enjoyed the pool along with sauna. It's quite close to restaurants and shopping district. It's approx 10mins walkable from Central train station. Quite good location.

I haven't tried the in-house restaurant so won't be able to comment.

Booking a Plaza meant that we expected a predictable result - there would be no huge variables in how we were to experience this trip to see our daughter's Design Academy graduation event at Dutch Design Week. What we actually received was surprisingly pleasant and helpful staff - from check-in to our departure. Our room was comfy, what we thought it should be, but PPE staff made the stay pleasant and easy and really sweet.

For me maybe the breakfast could have included more whole grains - but my husband loved it

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is close to the center (shops, restaurants, etc.) Walls are somehow soundproof and I couldn't hear other people in the next rooms. Nice LED lights on the hallway with changing lights. Very good breakfast.

Room had spider web on the ceiling, however everything else was pretty much clean. The doors have very powerful spring that you could hear and feel when a door was closed at the end of the hallway. I had to wait 40 minutes to get a robe for the swimming pool (apparently my room was was not provided by default with robes - based on the information that I got at the reception). Swimming pool had no working sauna, only one changing room, one shower, two chairs (not even a lounger).

The room had everything I needed there was even a 3 point plug socket , which was perfect for me. The TV had some station in English If I fancied to chill in the room. The staff were lovely l.

The fact I should of had a double bed but got 2 single beds pushed together. Being told there was English breakfast on offer to then go for breakfast to find out there was no bread bacon egg sausage and baked beans put out with 40 minutes still to go,

The hotel was impressive and very close to city centre. The art work around the reception is worth coming into the lobby for a look. The reception staff were very friendly,helpful , knowledgable and spoke excellent English. A special thank you to Renee for her help. The room was clean and well decorated. Comfortable big bed. Wall mounted tv and tea and coffee facilities. Bathroom had good quality toiletries and large walk in shower. The hotel has a couple of quality asian type resturants we didnt use them but they looked busy. Unfortunately pool and gym were under repair so couldnt use them which was disappointing as they looked great. Would use this hotel again . For info a 320 bus passes the hotel.

Nice, clean and peaceful hotel. There was really attention paid to all details in the hotel and in the room. Lots of restaurants near-by. Friendly staff. Hotel also rents bicycles with very moderate price. Good breakfast, excellent coffee! Reasonable walk from the train station.

AirCon in the room was a bit noisy, but otherwise worked well.
