Very interesting accommodation, in an ex-industrial building, refurbished and transforme into hotel. They kept a lot of the initial installation, windows, and the overall athmosphere. Same for the hotel's bar. Fits perfectly in the neighbourhood (a former industrial installation, re-purposes into youth area) .

Quite noisy environment (old windows provided next to zero soundproofing). And given the vivid area where the hotel is located, ear plugs prooved to be very useful. Room a bit small and spartan, but got all basic necessities. The setup in the bathroom could be improved (I specially disliked the fact that the liquid soap dispenser was neither next to the sink nor at the shower but inbetween, which made it inconvenient for both purposes); and I would have preferred the shower to have a door or courtain.

We would definitely choose this hotel once again. Not common at all, very special. Great location, very easy to reach by bus 401 from the airport. Close to the city center (20 minutes walk or a short ride by bus 401, 402 or 403- the stop is very close to the hotel), the staff was very nice, helpful and friendly, especially the lady at the reception (Thank you!). Very good breakfast. The room was big enough, comfy beds, complementary snacks and drinks from the house (Thank you). We loved the design and the positive vibe of the place.

Minor inconvenient: the windows wouldn't open and it was a bit cold, but there were extra blankets in the room.

The hotel is futuristic and nothing to say, kind staff both at breakfast and at the bar; but please pay attention where you park your car, if you have it of course!

We parked at the car parking nearby, a full night only € 12,00 but it does not accept credit card nor VISA nor Mastercard. The operator told me I had to make do and hung up. Luckily I found a Dutch gentleman, who paid with his card and I gave him the money back in cash. Unacceptable, at least before parking they should expose the accepted credit cards.

- Convenient to reach by train. The railway station is a 5-minute walk away. - In the lobby - atmospheric bar with local beers and some IPAs. - The room is spacious, high ceilings. It is easy to accommodate two people with suitcases. The design is nice, with fresh renovations. - The double bed is large and comfortable. I slept well. - The room is bright with a huge window and a view of the famous Phillips clock tower. - The shower is new and clean. There is a hairdryer.

No gel or shampoo in the shower, only a dispenser with a universal cleaning foam.

The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. A great location. A train station a 5 minute walk around the corner. The PSV Philips football stadium a 10 minute walk away and the town centre about 5 minutes on from there. I’ve never been to a city like Eindhoven where the people were so friendly and helpful and literally everyone speaks English. A great shopping area also as well as lots of places to eat and drink. A great place to visit.

Nothing really. All was very good there. Even the weather for the end of October was 20c / 70f and I walked around in shirt sleeves the whole time.

Super funky space in a heritage building which retains a lot of the original character of the former Philips factory. Incredible window and view, large comfy bed and a sense of uniqueness to the whole place. Bathroom was fine though quite simple and basic add-on to the original room. But enjoyed the stay and the space.

No breakfast included in the rate - but was available at additional cost in the attached restaurant/bar. Bathroom was a little bit cold and basic but had a certain minimalist style/industrial aesthetic in keeping with the overall style of the building.

Absolutely happy with the check-in experience, the lady at the reception was really kind and friendly. Room was very clean, functional lights, decent bathroom. The position is quite strategic (on the way to the airport, on the 400/401 bus line), 10 minutes by bus from the station and located in a young and vibrant area with nice pubs and cafe.

A bit loud in the night, being the station pretty close and there are trains transiting quite often. But isn’t too bad.

The hotel is easy to find and it's just a 20min walk from Eindhoven central bus station. The hotel has a really old school vibe which I liked and the bar is very cool. Also there is another great bar just across the hotel. The room is quite spacious and the beds are really comfortable.

It would be nice if there were larger lockers for your items in the rooms so it would be easier to manage your stuff if you are staying for a few days.

The location of the hotel was really good - parking space for a car a few meters away, a beautifully decorated - unique styled hotel (for those who love industrial style), the surrounding - artistic area, surrounded by places to grab a drink or a bite in a former factories. The city centre - easily reachable on foot, bike, bus.

The price for breakfast seemed a bit too much. The windows in the hotel are original from the factory (which is very nice), but leaves the room feeling a bit cold.

We arrived after a long journey and we knew our rooms would not be ready until 3pm, but the lady at reception managed to get us a room almost straight away so we could shower, I, unfortunately, can't remember her name, a tall lady who I think said her brother worked in the hotel. but a remarkable kind person who was very help A BIG BIG THANKS
