It was fantastic, the hotel was very clean and the location couldn't of been more perfect. I must add I had amazing staff help me out when I needed it. We had a good laugh with the night staff as we had locked ourselvesout of our room and left our card inside, it was very chill and smooth sailing after that. I would recommend to everyone to go here if you'd like to stay in Maastricht. Even my friend who is currently studying in Maastricht has said that she would love to stay at the hotel.

Unfortunately checking in wasn't a smooth ride an elderly gentleman who was the receptionist almost double charged me and demanded to see my bank transactions to prove that I had pre-paid for my stay, he didn't apologise but continued to laugh while saying having a lovely stay after speaking to the manager over the phone and realising he was being incompetent.

Great location and the room is very stylish. The bathroom was huge and had a bath and lots of light from the window next to it. Lots of amenities in the room, you have everything you need. Would stay there again, very comfortable overall.

Steep stairs, be careful if you are drunk. If you want to check out an hour later you have to pay extra, in many hotels it's free if there's no one checking in. Noisy area and the windows are not sound proof, but that was not a big deal.

Location. Staff were wonderful. Comfortable bed, we faced the garden so quiet at night. Great shower pressure and lots of hot water. Central enough for us to explore the beautiful city of Maastricht. Loved the decor. It is very much a boutique hotel

The room had a "stale" smell about it. The shower when first used had an odor from the drain, but went away after first use.

Excellent central location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nice big room with extremely comfortable bed and good shower. Very nice breakfast. We parked in the Frontenpark car park which was much cheaper than others and only a short walk from the hotel.

Rooms on the front do have a problem with noise from the street. Keeping the windows closed and using the air conditioning instead made all the difference and meant it wasn’t a problem.

This is a really charming hotel. Very friendly staff, and an overall really pleasant experience. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning made it a treat in the middle of a heatwave. The location is amazing, right in the middle of town.

My only gripe about this hotel is that it is slightly run down in places. Pealing paint in the bathrooms, and the taps on the bathtub were loose and about to fall off. With a fresh coat of paint, and some small bits of maintenance this hotel would be perfect.

Didn't have breakfast but the room was very clean the bed was really comfortable and the location was perfect. Right in the centre of town but very quiet. There was no issue parking my borrowed bike in the pretty courtyard and staff were friendly relaxed polite and helpful

Would have like english teabags and a kettle as well as the very good coffee!

Location is very well, close to nice bars and restaurants. Breakfast was ok, not too good, but it can be taken outside in the small garden wich is amasing. Room was nice, clean, espresso machine is available in room, as well as the fridge.

Breakfast could have been better and I could not find main light in the room center. Also, I could not menagde to utilize the safe, but, the light and the safe were probably my fault

The bathroom was luxurious. This was unexpected. A large bath, which I used at the end of the second evening. Very relaxing. Also the shower was very good. The room was also very quiet, although there was some noise from the street, but not from other guests.

There was lot of dust on the sofa, which did not feel pretty. The room was on the 3rd floor. Climbing several times was exhausting. But of course also a good body training. Not really a problem.

Location was excellent, just 3 minutes walk from the Market place and with lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Place is well maintained, room was a nice size and clean. We could open the window at night (window has a latch) and it was very quiet. Bathroom was also roomy with a nice shower.

Our bathroom had no door so was a little uncomfortable for us.

Loved the vintage feel of the rooms. Great location also

Nothing not to like. Did found breakfast to be expensive so chose to do it outside
