The room was a good size, perfect for myself and my two teenagers. Fabulous entertainment and family activities - would be awesome for a whole extended family get together or a great place to go with friends and their children as there is something for everyone.

The only thing to complain about is that the pool is not available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8am until 3pm in the afternoon due to swimming lessons. It is also not available for certain times on other days due to aqua fitness classes. We chose this hotel for the pool and wellness facilities as a treat for the end of the holidays. We were disappointed that we could not use the pool in the morning after we woke up.

Very friendly staff with a good sense of humour :) The room was great in size with big windows and a view towards the blooming tulip fields. The spa cener was more than great - big swimming pool suitable for real swimming, Finish and infrared saunas and the biggest steam bath I've been. There was also a bicycle hiring station just in front of the hotel where one could hire normal and e-bikes from an app. Super comfortable to just take and return the bike when you wish 24/7 and go up into your room (the app worked without any issues). All in all, great place to stay!

To use the spa centre, a reservation through an app was needed in advance, which was a bit uncomfortable to plan from the previous day at what time you want a slot, for how many people, etc. But with such a big hotel I can understand that is needed to avoid overcrowding.

The wellness area ( big and warm pool ) and a nice gym and spa zone. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best buffets I’ve seen in a 4* hotel. The free parking right next to the hotel. Biiig plus. The tulip fields right next to the hotel. Very beautiful. The piano next to wellness. My kid had a blast using it.

The staff could have been friendlier, especially at the reception. They were a bit unprepared and always asking each other for answers. Our room was not ready by 3 pm, so we had to wait a bit. I observed that the cleaning was very slow. My son was promised a breakfast box at the restaurant, then they ran out of it and sent me to ask the reception. At the reception they had no idea about it, but suddenly asked for 10 eur for it, even if we were supposed to get it for free, according to the restaurant.

This hotel is brilliantly located. It is right next to the vast tulip fields and there are rental bikes available to go around. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, although our bathroom sun was clogged. Plenty of facilities available too - from spa and parking to gift shop. I just wish breakfast were included in the room price. Would definitely stay there again this time of year (March - May).

The check it was terribly, terribly slow. I really don't understand why it took a good 15 minutes to register our details - ID number, room preference etc. Otherwise, very friendly and helpful staff.

It is a very nice, modern hotel. The room was perfectly clean, comfortable, very good big bed and great bathroom. It also has a big parking lot. Check-in was quick but check-out was hectic as a huge crowd of guests arrived. However, people at the front desk were very considerate and let us check-out bypassing the line (check-out is just a check that we do not owe anything). Hotel is a few minutes away from Keukenhof and tulip fields start next to the hotel. This hotel is also close (may be about 30mins ) to Schiphol. Breakfast was OK but it is a big hotel and breakfast area is large with a lot of people around the not so big serving area.

This hotel complex is very cozy, neat, and clean. There is also a swimming pool which is free of charge for the clients. There are beautiful tulips fields nearby. And this hotel is perfectly located so it is easy to reach all other popular destinations like Amsterdam, the Hague, Rotterdam, Haarlem and many others. However, that is if you travel by car, if not then you would need to walk to the nearest bus stop. But the nature is so lovely out there so the walk would be fantastic

Nice hotel, we enjoyed the swimming pool. Close to beach of Noordwijk.

The water of the swimming pool was quite cold. Cleanliness of room could have been better, it seemed that the cleaning staff had been in a rush because we were already waiting for the room to be ready for check-in.

I thought that the room was alright, a little bit small from what I expected. The staff was very well trained and extremely polite, they did a wonderful job overall, answered all my questions and did their best. Excellent staff indeed. The gym and swimming pool are excellent.

Despite the fact that the staff did an excellent job, I thought that the food was a bit overpriced for what it really was and I was not up for having dinner at the hotel after a couple of tries. It is surprising that the chefs in the kitchen were not as good as the staff in general. The hotel definitely needs to invest in its food service. As for the breakfast, it was also not very impressive given the high price. The orange juice was watered down and it seemed like it was from a box.

Very friendly receptionists. Quick check in. Nice gym and pool and really enjoyed bowling in the hotel. Pets allowed so that's a plus. The room had AC which was great.

Housekeeping was very loud each morning. Some mornings they were having a 15min conversation right in front of our door. The hotel is not close to any grocery store, you have to go into the city with a bike or drive but parking was always an issue.

I did not realise that the hotel was located within a walking distance from the tulip farm. My plan flying to Amsterdam then to Kuekenhof was to enjoy the tulip, and my wife dream came through after looking the farm and enjoying free tulip photos just behind the hotel. I have been telling my friends here in Malaysia and in my FB how lucky my wife and I during our stay in your hotel and in Amsterdam.....TQ
