Location is very good, right on the seafront. Easy to walk to town and local cafes. Staff where excellant and very chatty and knowledgable. If you are visiting the flower tulips then its around 20 minutes by taxi or easy to get to via the buses (may need to chnage though). Quiet location outside the Amsterdam city (around 40minutes by car)

The resturant is nice but very limited menu. Bathrooms are small and tiled, so very easy to slip. Although you can ask for towels and exttra tea and coffee, they where very minimal with what they gave out. Paper cups in room not china and we had one room that had a problem with air extractor. Rooms can get a bit cold.

The location was excellent, especially if you're planning to come for the flower parade. We stayed here the night before the parade, and we woke up to an absolutely excellent breakfast with the floats all to ourselves for almost 30 minutes before it got busy. Then the people working the floats took pictures with tourists, and it was an excellent experience, one that I doubt you would be able to have anywhere else along the route. The hotel itself is clean, and the service was good. Coffee and tea are provided in the room with a kettle. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was tight, but doable Hard to open 2 people's luggage and have room to move around. Parking is expensive and at the local grocery store. It's about a five minute walk away, but you can drop luggage at the hotel prior to parking.

I stayed in this hotel many times, the rooms are clean and well maintained, wifi works well and the breakfast is good. Staff is also very efficient and polite. There is a bar downstairs and a kettle in every room - in general the facilities are fine. The location close to the beach is nice too.

Soundproofing in my room was non-existent. I could hear everything from the next room, if you dropped a pin, I could hear it. Since the person staying in the next room was clearly sick and coughing all night, I could hear all of that and did not sleep very well. (this is probably not the case in all rooms, I stayed in the hotel previously and the room was quiet).

was so thoughtful when they gave a care packet for my Pet. it was very much a pet friendly place and the location was absolute!.

Understand for the location it is difficult to have parking on location. But for me, 18 bucks for 1 day of parking in a nearby park house was too much to pay which is not included in the room rent. but i am guessing, for more than one day stay the same 18 bucks , since the parking ticket once validated can be used multiple times.

Great location with a wonderful view (we had a room with a seaview). Very friendly personnel. We loved the possibility of take away dinners and drinks in the room after 17:00 when all the restaurants had to close due to COVID-19 regulations. Everything was arranged very well. We enjoyed the pool. With the time slots for swimming you can just have it all for yourselves and enjoy the privacy. Wonderful breakfast, a lot of choice.

No privacy on the balconies, you sit next to your next door neighbors. But in the winter it's not that important of course. The toilet door is half transparent and that's not really handy if you travel not with a family member, but a friend.

The staff were very good, the food was nice

Double glazing in room 127 could have been better, being on the side of the building between other, the wind off the North sea kept me awake throughout a couple of nights, the gap under the door allowed you to hear every movement outside and the light shone through all night. Parking - having to use a local car park even though a short walk away wasn't the best including the cost of it, but I guess when you are staying a beach front hotel I should have expected it. The food I felt was expensive.

Room was large with balcony & sea view, obviously refurbished (this used to be a Golden Tulip hotel), bar and restaurant outdated, do not fit to the overall concept as far as we could notify, location great! For a real special breakfast pick one of the clubs/restaurants directly on the beach!

The bathroom doors are made of glass, which is not good for room sharers. Hotel restaurant menu was limited, only one vegetarian option which they had run out of. Nowhere to fill up water bottles in reception.

Some parts of the hotel look pretty old On some plans and TV you can still find the logo from Golden Tulip

Our stay was exceptional ! Our room was big and comfortable, with a superb view on the sea !! We really appreciated the localisation, the friendly staff and the steam bath :)

We stayed for 2 nights and the cleaning service did not come to change our towels...
