Kindfull, friendly and carefull stuff. So nice.. Very nice an coulerfull Community Room. Nicest music ever. Two Bathrooms each floor. Thats comfotably! And so Clean. Great! Towls to rent for only 1,-€ thats exceptional. Directly close to the beach. Very Quiet in my room. Party is only in the Community Room. I met so great and nice people.

Not possible to use the guesthouse kitchen. If you want or need koffee or tee you MUST! by and pay for breakfast

The location is great. Super close to the beach and the dunes. Also, the bus stop going to Leiden is only 300m from the hostel making it very easy to go there.

There was no ladder in the room to climb the stapple bed. We had to create "a ladder" with the table and the chair in the room.

I like the vibe of the place. Friendly and relaxed. Good spot very close to the beach and with a bus stop nearby. Bathrooms were very nice and the kitchen was good.

Bunk beds are a bit short so no space to sit upright on the lower bunk. No ladders to access the top bunk but you can request a ladder from staff if you need one.

Cool location, awesome employees and chill people. Had a good breakfast after a nice night out. I didn't hang much inside the room I booked but it was clean and large. I spend most of my time downstairs in the lounge/breakfast/bar area. Love the beach vibes inside and that it's close to the beach (even though I went in december).

In december 2022, they were building on the road. I would of liked to be informed a bit better about parking possibilities. When asked they sent me to parking facilities a few minutes walk away (one closeby they didn't recommend (5 minute walk) and one further away they recommended but was a 15 - 20 minute walk). I found out that I could park just around the corner on a road that wasn't under construction (for about the same price). In summer these spots would of most definitely been taken though.

It's a brill location, across the road from the beach (no direct view of the beach though) The beach is amazing! Sand dunes and waves, lush. The hostel itself is very quirky, in the evening everyone thats there seems to have drinks and play games and even go tonite beach to continue the party after the bar has closed. The place is smoking friendly, they have a smoking room out the back.

The bunk beds are like prison beds. No curtains for privacy, no small lights. Just a bit uncomfortable. They close the kitchen after a certain time, I didn't use it, but I can imagine if you are hungry and night, you cannot access your food, which to me makes no sense!

Staff was super nice. Kitchen and pool are nice too. Location was perfect. Everything was clean.

Bed was wobbly, everytime guy sleeping on the lower level was moving, whole bed was moving too... Also would be nice to have a shelf on upper bed so the personal items dont fall down... And maybe some curtains to get a bit of privacy? And why put those rules with the age if there was a woman traveling with a kid anyway 😅

The staff in this hostel was very friendly and everything was clean. The Hostel is located very near to the beach. We liked the atmosphere of this hostel a lot and we would come back :)

The Room with 10 other people was a bit too much for us. So next time we would book a room with less beds.

The Hostel is unique. Everybody of the staff was very friendly, the bar area was like a living room and all the other people there were very nice. It felt like at home and it would be a pleasure to come again. I never saw a place as asome as the Flying Pig before.

Really good vibe and close to the beach. They have got a couple of games and there are some events at the bar. We didn't miss anything in the kitchen. I would definitely book again☺️

There are very few toilets and showers and the beds are not very comfortable. But it's a hostel for good value, so no need to complain about that!

Very friendly and helpful staff very caring

All good but you don’t have to be under 40 to stay they don’t abide by the age discrimination that is stated . Over 4O need a place to stay as well we know what we are getting into .
