Friendly hotel manager greeting us upon entry and answering our queries. Nice rooms. Windows which you can open.

The only downside is the hotels location as it feels a little bit far out but that isn’t necessarily anything to complain about as we have done our research beforehand so knew what to expect. In terms of hotel itself, maybe a big light for the room would be helpful as although there is plenty of natural light coming in, once it gets dark you have to rely on small lights around to light it up. They’re not big enough to provide sufficient light so it can feel quite dark.

The staff were all wonderful and very helpful, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The coffee machine in the room was very welcome! Probably an ideal hotel if you are coming by car as it's very close to the main road and has lots of parking. The restaurant didn't have many dishes but what I had was very tasty and clearly freshly made.

The room was in need of a little modernisation, many of the TV stations didn't work because it was a SD TV so that needs retuning and it was difficult to get enough light into most of the room. Quite a walk to the nearest bus stop (much without pavement) which is a shame as there isn't much nearby.

There were few English channels but none were available. TV wasn't working on arrival. Rang down and was told couldn't help til morning. Went down to reception and front staff really helpful and sorted it for us straight away. For my partner, the large pillows were great but I couldn't use them. Will remember my own pillow next time.

Clean, staff were welcoming and professional. Beds were comfortable.

The bathroom door handles fell off, weren’t fixed on and just pushed on and off. Limited dinner selection as it was a Sunday night, and the quality wasn’t as good as we expected.

The room was very comfortable and the bed slept well. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is neat and tidy. Unfortunately the location was far from the Slinge metro, so I could not visit the hotel during the day.

The hotel was further from the metro than I thought. It is right next to the metro line but about 3 km from the station itself. It would have helped if the hotel could offer a better option than using a taxi. Nevertheless, I would not be too harsh on the hotel for this. The friendly staff made up for it.

The food could be better and more choices but it was okay

Location good for motorway , filling stations , parking , getting to ferry , MacDonalds. But no public transport at all. Too far to walk to Tram 2. Was possible to take car and park at tram. P and R at Slinge v expensive.

Breakfast was pricey.

I enjoyed the stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed beer and dinner one night at the restaurant. My room and the hallway were clean.

The wifi was a bit slow at times, but not too bad.
