I personally found this location perfect for me, nice walking distances for site seeing, quick access to tram lines & nice quiet location out the way from the busy high streets, I'll easily come back to this location, i acquired a large room with balcony, however some of my friends had small ones, so we ended up in my room most evenings.

If I'm honest I couldn't say a bad word, all staff were lovely & place is kept clean, however i don't think my friends would say the same, they didn't like their cramped room compared to mine, i just think i got very lucky. rooms are for crashing in after a long day, so if you plan on doing a lot then splash a bit more cash for a double bed, least then you will have plenty of space & a nice balcony to chill.

I definitely would come back to this hotel if I visit Rotterdam again! The room was super clean and spacious with a very comfy bed. There's a fancy ceiling fan with a lightbulb as well. Wifi was very reliable, I had no issues joining an online meeting for 1 hour. The staff members were extremely lovely. They even agreed to let me have breakfast a tad earlier than usual as I had to leave for the train that morning. Breakfast was good value, nothing super special but I had no particular preferences so it worked well for me. The location is great, 15-20 minutes of calm walk from Rotterdam Centraal with luggage, very central and close to a lot of tourist attractions. There's a Metro station around 3 minutes walk from the hotel but I didn't use it at all. There's also a Dirk supermarket just 2 minutes walk, which turns out to be rather convenient.

Great location, lovely staff, nice rooms, new, clean bathroom and good breakfast. This hotel is a great little find. It's central but located on a lovely, quiet back street. The staff are very nice. Breakfast is standard hotel stuff but with the addition of freshly cooked eggs, made at your request.

I only had one problem and it's perhaps not really fair to include it. I was there in boiling heat (record-breaking stuff) and the room was roasting! I had the balcony door open all night but the fan was linked to the light, so that wasn't very practical. It's unrealistic to expect the hotel to be prepared for his level of heat (nowhere is!) but perhaps a fan NOT linked to the light would be a good addition to the room.

The perfect choice in Rotterdam for those seeking great value at an affordable price. Conveniently located near the city centre and all essential facilities. The staff is outstanding—attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. They even arranged a taxi to the airport and went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms and facilities are simple, and some noise from neighbouring rooms can be expected, but given the price and location, these minor inconveniences are more than fair. Highly recommended!

Despite being slightly far from the train station, I thought the location was awesome (near a couple grocery stores, some great shops, and even some awesome restaurants). Otherwise, the rooms themselves were very nice and even had a patio! I also thought the showers and bathrooms were also nice. Also, the staff were awesome, always so nice and usually remembered who we were when we left the key to them while leaving for the day. We were also relieved to know that we could keep our luggage there for the whole day with no issues.

The door was a little squeaky and had difficulty closing fast (room 109) but that was about the only complaint we had.

First of all, I would like to mention the staff who were very hospitable and friendly, especially the receptionists. There was a gentleman when we checked in and a lady when we checked out and they both were very helpful, so I want to thank them both. The location is also great, we were able to walk everywhere within the city center. And we both loved the breakfast. Tables were nicely decorated with flowers and there were many options to eat.

It wasn't a problem for us but the corridors are super narrow. And our room was smaller than expected but we went for the budget room so I can't complain about that. Other than that, there wasn't anything negative that I can think of.

The staff was without a doubt the nicest i have ever met at a hotel, already being aware of who we were when we arrived, being extremely accommodating with us making our stay a bit shorter than expected on short notice and even offering a blanket specifically for the dog we brought! (And doggie bags as we left to walk the dog) The breakfast was all around great, though we couldn't find a few of the things described on their menu.

There seemed to be a bit of noise during the night time, which my friend didn't notice but i had trouble falling asleep while being able to hear a rather loud conversation. The Hotel is very cosy and an old style hotel. The age of the hotel does mean that the halls are very narrow and especially the bathroom was very narrow, i imagine wider travelers may have trouble at this hotel, though it was not a problem at all for us.

The people, price, parking, all first rate. Location is very convenient. Parking is secure in a private garage (costs a bit)

There is poor sound proofing in the rooms. You will hear your neighbors. In my case, the neighbors had some loud children. Outside noise is also a bit hard to keep out. Kids were hanging out outside the hotel. There is no air conditioning but if you open the windows - the noise is too loud to sleep. They were also flying a large Palestinian flag - and no Israeli flag, nor a request for hostage return - and I found this political statement a bit one-sided and unfair.

The location is great. It took me about 10 mins walk from the central station to the hotel. The street where it's located was hidden in the back, which is great cause it's quiet. But it's very convenient to reach supermart and restaurants. The hotel is quite old fashioned: with the big physical key which you can leave it at the 24 hour front desk when you go out. Most attractions are within walking distance so I didn't use any public transportation while I was there. The heating works perfectly!! Overall I think it was a nice stay.

Nothing I can think of at the moment. The road in front of the hotel is currently under construction (2024.03.09) but I didn't hear any noise during my stay.

Fantastic hotel, located 10 minutes walk from the center. Close to many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room is very big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good, and the room has a very nice and clean bathroom. The staff were very communicative and nice, super friendly, and were always attentive and asked if I needed any help with anything. I really felt at home :) I loved this place !!! I will come back for sure when I am back to Rotterdam.
