Very good appointed rooms; staff is very friendly.

on 25 (?) July in the middle of the night the fire alarm went off. we had to evacuate the building. This process was dangerously attended to. There was no staff to explain what happened. there was no explanation. after 1 hour someone said it was false alarm and we could go back in. this is almost medieval. The fire department nor any official did not show up. We were instructed to go back to the rooms with absolutely no explanation. This is very dangerous. The property does not seem to have a procedure to deal with this, while the building has several floors. Its not acceptable that the fire alarm did not trigger the firedept to check. also in the morning no one even attempted to explain. totally unacceptable.

This was my second stay at Premier Suites. Again, I was not disappointed. There was a slight hiccup with my room when I first arrived but this was quickly resolved, which I think is always the best indicator of a service provider. The staff were friendly, I never left or entered without a greeting from the front desk. Facilities are great - with a gym, laundry on each floor, and free tea and coffee. Rooms are comfortable and clean with all the facilities you need. And to boot, right next to Central Station.

It would be nice for longer stays if your tea, coffee, water etc was replenished a bit more regularly, especially during the weekly clean. I really appreciated the salt and pepper, but the addition of some cooking oil would also make sense to me. But I’m being picky here and it did not affect my stay!

Location was excellent. Shared areas were all very clean and smelled good. Woman on reception who checked us in was super-friendly and welcoming. Living room, bathroom and bedroom were all fantastic apart from a couple of very small gripes. Great views!

Bed was a little soft for our liking. Bathroom could've been a little cleaner (eg discoloured grout in shower), a couple of fixtures in the living room were chipped and the bedroom curtains had a large splatter stain on them. Just two complementary tea bags for the room seemed a little tight, especially as we got about 20 sticks of sugar!

This is probably the best location ever. It's at the very heart of the city, with a supermarket nearby and a laughably close metro/train station. Room was clean, comfortable and cozy with a great view. Bed was super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and very accommodating and made our stay even better. I had a problem with my card, and the staff helped me find a suitable payment plan that I was comfortable with. Kitchen was fully stocked. Very cool! After being in Rotterdam for two weeks, with each visit to any place, we really appreciated how close everything was to the hotel.

We booked a room with a single bed but got two beds. Which was a bit upsetting, but we decided to stay with two beds. Our room didn't have enough tools to clean up after ourselves, so we had to use bags we found elsewhere.

Fantastic location. Across the road from Rotterdam Centraal Station. Great facilities with oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, fantastic shower, two televisions, free WiFi, gym, free laundry facilities, luggage storage, free coffee/tea in lobby, and home-grown herbs to use in your cooking. Small shop in reception also. Staff all extremely pleasant, helpful, and spoke English with ease.

The windows of our apartment were very dirty which made the views not as great as they should have been.

We liked fully equipped kitchen that has necessary utensils and appliances (incl. clean fridge), good Wi-Fi connection and free laundry self-service. Room and bed linen were generally clean, no bad smell. Everything is functional. The property is literally 2 min. afoot from Centraal train station. Noise level from trains and trams is uqite low with closed windows. Otherwise could be an issue for light sleepers. Grocery stores, restaurants, cinemas are within 5-10 min. walking. Perfumed public areas, fancy elevator request system :)

Bulky hard pillows (including the spare ones). Sofa was sort of uncomfy for seating: shallow and slightly tilted outwards. A bit "tired" bath towels. In details room and facilities could be cleaner: from stove and oven, which still look good, to dust on curtains, walls and air conditioner outlet grid. Rather dim ceiling lighting.

Good size apartment with a nice view in a convenient location- opposite R’dam Central Station. Suitable for families. Great to be able to make breakfast in the morning, with a kitchen area in the apartment. Nice touch to have free coffees and tea available in the central lobby.

Our coffee machine wasn’t working very well and when I mentioned it to the staff downstairs, it was sort of brushed off with a comment that I could get something from downstairs rather than offering to have it fixed/ replaced.

Loved the location. Opposite Central Station so you can easily get around by train, metro and tram. The suite was very comfortable, good seating in living area, comfortable bed and pillows. Well equipped kitchen and dining table for two.

The coffee machine in suite was horrible to use. The ‘free’ coffee machine in lobby was out of order (for many different reasons during our stay) and there is nothing open early in the area. The staff varied from very helpful to actually giving us wrong directions. At the very least, they should be able to point you in the proper direction to walk to different sites.

Wonderful hotel, great staff in a perfect location. Exactly as pictured, very spacious and bright, well equiped with self-catering conveniences, including fridge, cooktop and oven. My room overlooked Centraal Station, so beautiful view as well. Very good location to explore shops and restaurants, we walked everywhere. The gym was excellent too, very complete, we used it many times. Free nespresso in the lobby for guests, amazing. And a shout out to the team working on reception desk, they were always super nice, patient and helpful. I loved my stay and will be certainly coming back.
