Bilderberg Parkhotel Rotterdam

Everything applies only to room 5083. It had really great panoramic view (8th floor), but windows were quite dirty. Large nice room with luxorious feel. Especially enjoyed large bluetooth speakers that were integrated into TV cabinet. Capsule coffe was very good. Breakfast was nice enough, but would like to have also porridge options.

Entire shower/bath/wc area was badly designed, did not have proper ventilation, had fould smell after door had been closed for long time. Shower cabin was very tiny, could not really enjoy shower because of that. Also, shower leaked heavily on the floor, flowing towards toilet. I had to clean it every time after shower. Water pressure was weak too. Toilet bowl was so close to wall, I had to sit at the angle on it to not hit my head against wall. AC was working but I could not adjust it, because adjustment panel was broken.

Nice room altho we upgraded it was good value, fairly close to amenities and the river, nice decorations

Had to complain abt the cleaner, not attention to detail in room but a small thing as we were happy enough.

We were greeted by very friendly staff who gave us good tips and helped us look for information on our travel as this is the first time we were in Rotterdam. The room was nice spacious and clean. The location of the place is perfect. It is walking distance to where we wanted to go and the metro station is just beside the hotel

Only complaint is the hot water through the taps and shower. Sometimes, we did not have cold water and the water is boiling hot. The windows are not sound proof. So there was one night when there were people outside celebrating, we could hear people shouting and cars honking. Perhaps that was unusual as they were celebrating the Turkey election.

it is my only choice every time I visit Rotterdam it’s my 4th time there and I have to admit that it is a very nice hotel with clean comfy rooms and professional staff

the only thing is that sometimes you get big rooms and other times smaller rooms even though they should be the same rooms as they fall under the same category also when checking in I was told that there was some extra hidden charge I had to pay. I told them I paid fully the amount that was on booking.com but they said it is a hidden charge (btw I paid like 46 euros for 8 nights, which is no big deal; however, I didn’t like the idea of a hidden fee not clear on booking.com)

I was here before and I like it very much. The location, the staff, and the rooms! Really solid hotel and great breakfast buffet.

The price for a single room this period was much higher than a double in March. I'm assuming this was due to seasonality, but still a bit steep. Breakfast is at a steep 20€ on top unless you prebook which is a bit higher than other places. An odd one: the shower water temperature had issues, namely, it felt as if a millimeter change in the direction of the valve was the change between ice cold and scorching water (I couldn't find the right balance). Nonetheless, details, it was still a great stay.

Lovely location in the heart of Rotterdam for a festival, very friendly staff - one of whom quickly fixed a small issue with our room within minutes of checking in, comfortable beds in the deluxe room we stayed in and the room was very clean too so props to the cleaning staff for their work. The hotel was only a 10 minute walk from Centraal station and there were plenty of restaurants, shops and bars nearby. Aircon was easy to control and the Bluetooth sound-system was a nice touch. Genuinely cannot fault our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely balcony overlooking the garden area, beautiful big comfy bed and tasty breakfast. The doors are soft closing which makes a huge difference (because not everyone is self aware enough to pull handles down quietly before closing a door during unsociable hours) and couldn’t hear anyone else’s nonsense when we were in our room. The staff were super friendly and welcoming and even provided our dog with a tennis ball! Highly recommend.

Didn’t think much of Rotterdam as a city tbh, too much litter, But that’s not a reflection on the hotel, that was spotless.

A beautiful hotel with big rooms (we booked two deluxe rooms on 7th floor). We requested an extra bed for one of the rooms, and the hotel sorted that out prior to our arrival. The rooms were super clean, spacious. Very comfy beds. Amazing breakfast. Would highly recommend.

We were given 2 rooms next to the lift (6072 and 6071), so it was a bit noisy as we could hear guests and staff banging doors late at night and early mornings. Also, the hotel is right in the centre, its quite noisy at night and no triple glazing, so if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Shampoo and shower gel supplied with the rooms could not wash a tiny baby, never mind two people, luckily, I travel with my own all the time. A bit weird for a hotel of such calibre. Parking is very limited, and can't reserve in advance.

Good central-ish location, right next to nearest metro (Eendrachtsplein, use Museumpark exit). Clean, modern room. (Mine was in an older wing but standard was up to date.) Friendly and efficient reception staff.

Shower screen was off its rail but still functioned. Housekeeping had removed some personal items from the bathroom shelf during my stay. Low value but still an inconvenience. Reported to reception on departure but no offer of compensation received (even a replacement bottle of water would have been appreciated!)

The hotel is located at a very central spot of Rotterdam, close to "Rotterdam Centraal" railway station. There was no issue to check-in late, since the deck is working 24/7. The staff is brilliant, made me feel genuinely welcomed. They have provided an advice for the late dinner at the city. Additionally, helped me with an issue by providing a creative solution. Room was adorable - comfortable bed, spacious and clean area with the great view to the street.

Breakfast buffet was just an average. Had missed for more variety of fruits and fresh juice options. Also, there was not much of the choice of eggs. If hotel would improve the breakfast, the place would be excellent!
