Although there weren't many extra facilities in the room it was modern and clean and we had a large room which met our needs as a family. The staff were brilliant and friendly and always really helpful. It was a very hot week so having air conditioning in the room was fantastic. Location was excellent and there were some amazing places to eat nearby. Everywhere we wanted to go was generally in walking distance or a bus ride away from outside the hotel.

The room could have done with a table as there was nowhere to put our things for a week's stay.

For a "budget" hotel, it ticked all the boxes, being clean, quiet, with a convenient location, friendly staff, etc.

The men cleaning the building next door started making noises just after 7am, and their platform/crane was right outside my window, so no privacy, unless you had the curtains drawn.... I booked the hotel via Booking.com and they had what I believe was a data breach. Scammers approached me with my name, mobile phone no., dates for my stay, etc. I raised this with both the hotel and Booking.com and they did nothing apart from offering their sympathy. It's shocking how cavalier they can be when they provided the means for a sophisticated scam. I will never do business with Booking.com again.

The shape of the room was strange and there was a section which was inaccessible without climbing over the bed. Didn't really affect the stay but the extra space would have been nice. I had a requested a part refund as the plans changed not because of my fault and I would have preferred not to go but they would not give any kind of refund because it was in the booking. It's no skin off their nose to consider individual situations and they would definately sell the room on a summer weekend over and over again. Also, I had to pay to leave the bags after checkout and come back later to collect. That's just a bit cheap when I have paid a lot for a weekend (and didn't really want to be there but no refund ..see above).

the place was modern, very good designed. the receptionists were very kind and were speakingmore languages. it is downtown❤️

well, the are no shelves or a small furniture where to put some clothes on. the windows couldnt be open (ventilation was automatically done) but i would have liked to be able to open a window. at cleaning i think was a bit of no attention, because in rest the sheets and the entire hotel was v clean. i found hair in the shower from the previous tourists, and a stain on the toillet sink.

I stay in this hotel fairly often because it is well located for restaurants and the railway. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. It offers a basic level of comfort which is quite good value for money.

The pavement outside can look a little grubby and not welcoming. I try not to let it put me off.

Good location, close to the center. Good wifi. Clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. Parking is recommended by the hotel at a place very close by (you pay at the hotel 17.5 euro per day when you check out instead of 30 euro at the parking).

Small bathroom. The bed was bad for the back, as it's too hard and the pillows are very flat. Noisy, as it's located on the main street. The AC was slow. No coffee or tea in the room. No shower gel. Checkout was too early, at 10. For even one more hour they would charge 15 euro.

It was close to everything from transportation (tram and buses) and walking distance from the bars, cafe and malls and also tourist attractions are within walking distance. The staff are super nice and accommodating. They helped us arrange a transfer to Amsterdam when our booked transfer did not arrived

It's a nice, big, clean hotel. I liked it because I truly value the feeling of being alone in my room. I don't like hearing other people and I don't like being heard. The bed was comfortable, the check in went very fast and the place was very close to many nice bars.

Nothing in particular. The price is not very low but The Netherlands are expensive in general, so no surprises there.

The location was great with restaurants and shopping center nearby. It was close the markt hall and the cube houses. The hotels facilities were decent, nothing extraordinary. They need extra charge for most of the things. Overall satisfied with our stay

Super convenient hotel regarding its price. Comfortable location, excellent service but in minimum level. If it's only for a night, definitely I'd choose again

Room was extremely small. Understandable when I recheck the price but still, it might've been at least a bit bigger
