My wife is wheelchair bound so we were placed on the 2nd floor next to the lift so only a short distance to both the breakfast room and the entrance. Good spacious room with everything you could need. Good choice of GB TV channels Staff unfailingly both polite and helpful. They were also hosting around 200 Ukrainian refugees I am sure they get government support for that but they also seemed to be well looked after. Fully support their decision to do so as they are genuine refugees 3 nights stayed and my wife says it’s where we should always stay in future when visiting my daughter in Rijswijk. That in-itself is high praise

Absolutely nothing. Top drawer hotel and stay

The rooms were amazing and the bed was really comfortable. The location is great, nice view of the park and really close to Rijswijk station where one has access to trains, trams and busses. In general, it felt like everything was well thought out. The entrance hall is quite impressive and parking was really easy and very close to an elevator leading directly to the rooms.

It was an amazing stay, the only thing that could have been better is more room to hang things, both in the bathroom and in the wardrobe. But that's really just a tiny detail.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is close to the city center and price is pretty good for that part of the state.

It was difficult to find enter of parking. Since we reserved a room in which a dog could come, there was bot even a bed/pillow or any other accessory for the pet. Also, we were waiting half an hour for rooms to be ready (although it was time to check-in) In the end I want to say that "double bed" and ,,two single beds" are the same thing because they do not separate beds even if you have picked it on booking.

The hotel is close to the Rijswijk station, and all neighboring towns and cities are easily assessible. They offered an excellent breakfast, and the rooms were very clean.

We stayed for several nights, and on several occasions, we had to adk reception for towels and coffees that were not replaced. This was a nuisance, but it did not detract heavily from the whole experience.

I really liked the customer service. They helped me through emails before my visit and during my visit their staff were also super helpful and friendly.

The room gets really hot and the airco doesn't really help. In my opinion the airco they are using is outdated and they should aim for newer models. And if that's not an option they could simply (but not more pleasantly) fix it with a fan that you could turn on and off for some airflow.

We liked how cozy the room feels. The bed is so comfy and wide🥰. The shower looks good and spacious with big mirror very much wants of the girls☺️💄. We enjoyed our Anniversary very relaxed and rested.

We don't like that it's not soundproof because we hear so much on the hallway of people talking out loud and also the other rooms we hear them so clearly and sometimes that bothers us. And hopefully next time the toiletries we're complete like must added a disposable toothbrush & a paste. Ear cottonbuds. And the tv must be updated we can't connect from our phone or if we watch very few channels not really interesting to watch.

Rooms were nice, view was as good as you can expect and the bathrooms were just fine. Breakfast was on the lower side but alright

Forgot some items upon checkout. After care of the hotel was rather poor. I have had to call over ten times just to get something worked out, they kept promising me they would take care of it "tomorrow" but that never happened till I got to talk to the manager.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, some amenities included, like kettle and coffee machine. Also iron and ironing board, comfortable bed. The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station.

I did not enjoy the location, not because it is particularly bad, but it’s rather dead. No restaurant, bar or any form of life after 7-8pm. While the city is not so close.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a quick stay, including a kettle and fridge. The room was clean and quiet, and the property is just steps away from the train station that connects to the Hague or to Rotterdam. We also really appreciated that the check-in starts and 2pm and check-out lasts til noon.

The comfort of the room and bed, everything was clean, shower was great/bathroom was great. Used breakfast one time: good breakfast spread.. In 2019 the property was not as clean as prior or current state. Glad it has improved.
