Very nicely furnished, very confortabile bed, nice staff. Although there is no window it felt airy and nice, also due to the fake window which managed to make the ilusion of a bigger space with a view. Reading the reviews before i was afraid that the room would smell stuffy and mouldy due to lack of natual ventilation which wasn’t the case. Great stay. Ingenious design and nice idea with the natural light in the seeling.

The bathroom sink did not drain properly which was annoying.

Location is excellent The room we were at wqs very convenient, Large bathtub and sink The rooms at the ground floor are also more convenient due to the roof above, on the second level the room was a little oddly shaped and less functional. We later switched to a larger ground floor room which wax excellent- Ask zoecifically for roon 12.

It is impossible to know in advance if the room willl be on the ground floor or if stair will be needed to get tocthe room as this is not specifically indicated when booking The air conditionier was not properly working as well as the remote control. Sometimes there were'nt large towels at the reception, only small one's (this happened in the morning)

Absolutely loved this hotel. We had spacious interconnecting rooms which allowed us and our kids our own space. Felt so luxurious after many small spaces across our trip around Europe - a lovely treat to end our holiday! Staff were so friendly. Special thanks to the lady who does the breakfast, it was delicious and she cooked extra mini pancakes for our boys, which they loved. Would love to stay again sometime. Utrecht is a beautiful city.

The room was amazing, bed was very comfy and the showers were nice and hot. The location was very close to everything so you can walk into the centre or shops. Definitely worth staying here. The reception was very helpful with suggestions and anything we needed.

The rooms aren't very sound proof. You can hear people walking in the hallways and doors being slammed shut.

Great location. Super friendly staff. Gorgeous smelling toiletries. Very helpful member of staff booked a restaurant for us . Happy to give us extra coffee pods. Nice to have a fridge in the room. Good to be able to park ( extra fee) Amazing comfy bed.

We paid extra for a bigger room . It was big but very dark with a tiny window too high to see out of. We may as well have had no window. Towels a bit thin. Got woken by drunk guest trying to get into our room at 2am. Certainly not the fault of the staff but not nice.

Great decor, free coffee, fantastic location in Utrecht, mini bar, happy staff, mostly comfortable room.

I specifically chose a room with no windows to sleep after a festival. Unfortunately there is a skylight that would not close 100% letting in daylight. The doors were not good at all, sound travelled easily from the other rooms and the hallway.

Hotel is at the good location, comfortable, and has a nice contemporary design. Staff was pleasant and breakfast was good, although they didn't offer scrambled eggs. In general hotel exceeded my expectations.

Lack of natural light in the room without window. Solar tube was a nice touch but could not replace the window.

The hotel is in great location and the bed was super big and comfortable. I had my birthday the day before and they had left a balloon and a card on the bed which was such a nice surprise and personal touch.

The only thing I would mention is for hotel to clean under the beds as there were family of dust bunnies camping there. I did not intend to look but I happened to see that because i accidentally dropped my earring. Nevertheless if you clean the room just vacuum under the bed :)

We have enjoyed a lot our accomodation! Perfect room temperature and atmosphere. Kingsize bed was extremely comfortable. Service was very nice to us, they are eager to help, and always (24h) on place. We sincerely recommend BREAKFAST offer; variety of products i.e. smoked salmon, dutch kaas, as well as sweet rolls or croissants. Vegans'd be satisfied as well.

The door seem to not be that soundproof, but it didn't really affect our stay; the bedroom
