What a fantastic location close to all the things we needed. The staff let us in easily, after hours information sent prior to arrival and very capable front desk person. The rooms were spacious, comfy and the bathroom was huge. Everything was clean as a whistle, which makes such a difference! Some of our frinds who were also staying said their rooms were not serviced, however our rooms were serviced beautifully with tea, coffee and milk replaced every day. I loved that there was a coffee plunger in the cupboard and little packet of cookies. Very thoughtful additions.

The hallway smelt funky, a little like foot odor or poorly vented bathroom/toilet? Not too strong but just enough to make you breathe less deeply when you get out of the lift and walk along the hallway to your room.

The Quest building in Mount Eden was a perfect location for us. The parking was easy to access; the building was modern and quiet. Our studio was clean and well-presented. It was serviced daily to a high standard. The shower was excellent and the wifi caused no problems. There was plenty of kitchen equipment, a dish washer and even laundry facilities. I liked the capsule coffee machine for guest use in the foyer. There has been a welcome upgrade to sustainable/refillable bathroom products since we last stayed in Quest accommodation.

The rubbish and recycling bins in the room were unlabelled so may not have been in use. The studio wasn't especially spacious and there was no view. The bathroom light was very bright-a dimmer or night light would have been appreciated.

We use the stairwells when staying in hotels. The stairwell required the room key to get out at the bottom which I'm fairly certain is not legal. If there was a fire in this building and you had to leave in a hurry you would not be able to get out at the bottom. Seriously concerned. We did have our card on us and it didn't work. We had to knock on the door to get receptions attention for them to let us out. I won't stay here again even though it ticks all the boxes except safety.

Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was fine. I was particularly impressed with the dishwasher and the washing machine/dryer combo. The location is conveniently close to the Powerststion.

We booked a carpark in advance and was given the parking space number on arrival. There was another car parked in the allocated space (with no sign in the window) so I was told to park in any free space - I obviously inconvenienced someone else by parking in their allocated space.

Spotlessly clean, well appointed. Not large but had everything I needed. Good soundproofing and comfortable bed. I loved the 200 metre walk to Mount Eden. I climbed up and caught the dawn views over Auckland City - simply remarkable!

Mount Eden station is currently closed which is a definite negative (as the walk to Grafton is a bit long if it's hot or rainy). Not a huge number of food options nearby, and just a small local convenience store with tiny inventory but large proces.

Great location, easy to walk up Mt Eden, to Countdown grocery store, and to some nice areas with restaurants and cafes. The area was very quiet and safe. Apartment rooms are comfortable, clean, and have everything you need.

After hours check in was not easy, the lock box didn't work, had to call for someone to come down and get it open, which they did and didn't take too long.

As a couple requiring a wheelchair accessible room, the Quest never fails to impress. The room was perfectly sized, the wet floor bathroom with shower chair and hand rails for the toilet greatly suited our needs. We also loved utilising the air conditioner and the washer + dryer in our room. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and we would happily stay again in the future.

Great location, walking distance to Zen Mt Eden Vietnamese Restaurant Modern decor. Quiet. Tucked away from main road so no street noise. Secure paid parking. No fuss check in and check out.

Cleaners speaking loudly across the corridor. Bedside light didn't provide light to be able to read as the lamplight is focused downwards and couldn't be adjusted to point to the bed area and provide light onto a book. Squeaky bathroom door. Room 231. Told staff at checkout. One of the dining chairs had a stain...rubbed in food perhaps. Not used during our 2 night stay. The milk in the fridge in the thumb size pottles. Difficult to open.

staff assistance when having trouble with the lock box (I arrived Late) the duty manager was exceptionally accommodating and understanding. I have used the property several times and it is especially welcoming to receive a 'welcome back' message. Location is close to work, it is quiet and close to amenities.

Nothing, well appointed, clean, fresh, love the facilities in the room, everything i need and nothing i dont need, well done.

Location was great had a concert that was in walking distance. That my name came up on the tv and I could cast what we wanted. Stuff lovely and very friendly. Also loved the parking felt safe

More milk the containers were too small had to buy a 1l. The deposit information should be at the top of all the information got a fright when i saw how much went out cause i didn't look all the way down the page
