Very nice and comfy bed, lovely clean and cosy room. Great value for money for a short term stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The car park is right outside the hotel, so very convenient and feels safe to leave your car overnight. Great location with the city centre only being a short drive away

The corridor on our floor was a bit dark and gloomy, could do with better lighting or a warmer coat of paint. Parking is not included in the price, and is on a first come first serve basis, so may not be great for peak times. We didn’t have any trouble finding a spot though, and there is another car park further down the road

The staff where all very friendly and welcoming. Really loved the dining/lounge area, and had the most attentive service from Muni and Leonie in the restaurant, who made sure we were enjoying the evening and making time for a friendly chat.

Would have benefited from one more shelf to put a second large suitcase. There was a cupboard, but adding that extra shelf (definitely room to add it) would work better to keep things organised.

Me and my partner found ourselves almost In love with the desserts, and the speed of which the food was given to us from the time of ordering was rather quick, the hotel was conveniently placed aswell amazingly easy to navigate, all staff members were helpful before, during and after our stay, would recommend.

Trying to locate the hotel from our daily activity was a hassle, the traffic was horrendous, using Google maps wasn't fun at all for it led us to a car park that has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Ibis Ellerslie is just off the main motorway making it easy to get to and a great place to use as a base to access the city and surrounds. The staff are efficient, helpful and friendly. I had an issue with parking which they solved easily and with a positive attitude. The room was incredibly clean and quiet.

The breakfast selection was varied but had been in the warming trays for some time. It was filling but lacked freshness.

Wonderful staff, clean rooms, reasonably quiet and great location for me. Food was good. Just very relaxing and great value on top.

The parking. There were a huge amount of suvs driven by the other guests. This did make it difficult for me (on one night only) to make sure I had enough room to get out of my vehicle as I have mobility issues (but not normally bad enough for a mobility park). And I’m not blaming the hotel, I think it just happened to be like that one night.

We arrived early & thanks to the lady at the reception Ms.Mckanzie (?) our room was ready and gave us key for early check-in. Everything else about the property was as we expected . The bar area was good to lounge. Super Shuttle for the Auckland airport services this hotel.

The google maps need correction & not accurate (especially if you are driving ). We went around for sometime before we could locate it.

Everything good . The hotel was situated near where we had to attend an Engagement party. Reception was good as was the room and bed. We also enjoyed a lovely drink at the downstairs bar before going to bed

We had to park some distance from the hotel.This was not a problem on this occasion as the weather was good. But if it had been raining and windy it would have taken the shine of a lovely stay.

Very tidy rooms, comfortable bed, great shower and great bar/outdoor area. Pretty central between airport and down town Auckland. 24/7 front desk.

Could not find an in room brochure stating restaurant hours, menu, local amenities and brochures on places in the close vicinity or general Auckland area. However was available at reception.

Staff response to our complaint relating to our in house meal order. Very apologetic and given full refund plus a free breakfast.

In house meal. Told to expect a 40 minute wait when ordered but took approximately 75 minutes. Meal cold when delivered with only one set of utensils for two meals. Told that a second set would be brought to our room they never arrived. Really disappointing.

great location for an even at mount smart stadium. we ended up walking after a problem with our uber ride and it was very manageable. the room was comfortable, and cool with a nice large bed. the bathroom was a bit pokey but perfectly serviceable. really liked the onsite bar and outdoor area and the breakfast buffet option was brilliant.

The bathroom was a tiny but small and reminded me of a cruise ship bathroom but this was no big deal. i was surprised they needed to take a deposit off my card when i had already paid the full accommodation price in advance.
