Staff, clean, comfortable, location, and double parking with room for a truck. Staff managed to get us an extra night (my mistake at booking), by moving someone else - with a truck, we were soooooo appreciative. Excellent Service. Room for 3 Adults with single bed, chair and settings. Not a Sofa bed like so many other motels, that may or may not supply 3 settings. Towels replaced daily !!!!!! Fast and reliable Wifi. Heater worked well, and had a timer. The Warehouse across road for any supplies needed, or next door for a night time tipple.

No air conditioner, and although has an excellent heater with multiple settings, it was hard to work quickly. Basic instructions would help. No extraction fan in bathroom - our window difficult to open for me (couldnt reach it). No back up hair/body wash for shower - probably would be replaced during towel replacement - but we used our own rather than get caught out. Tea and coffee only supplied (with sugar and milk), and as standard two drinks per day.

We had our own breakfast, location for what we needed was good.

We did find for the three people in the unit, there was only one breakfast plate to use for our breakfast cereal, so we had to wash it each time so the next person could have their breakfast cereal

Good value for money and very close to where I needed to be. Staff member was very accommodating and friendly. I stayed during winter, and the heater was already on and the room was very warm when I checked in.

It's an old facility but it was comfortable enough and met my expectations for how much the accommodation cost.

older but very clean and smelled nice. bed was firm and super comfortable, great shower in our unit, staff very friendly and helpful.Great nightly rate and central location on Blenheim rd, half way between the city and Hornby ,also close to tower junction too.Plenty of onsite parking too even if towing a trailer. Will definitely stay again.

Staff were pleasant. Rooms were spotless clean and cozy.

We had a very bad experience with a person in neighboring room. Had a extremely loud domestic with partner on our first night. We were woken numerous times during night, ending with us all being woken at 6.30am by extremely loud and awful singing which we took to be one of the children. After asking for them to be quiet it got louder and moved to our doorway. Opening door to request them to shut up. We were faced with an adult male who proceeded to abuse my mother and threaten her and stab her as she headed to reception for help. Police should have been called but weren't. He was removed by a nephew turning up. Rest of stay was enjoyable

Good location and pet friendly. A tidy place with good access to grass for toileting the dogs. Comfy bed, free wifi, and basic kitchen facilities. The rooms are a bit dated but good value for money.

Plenty of towels which were replaced daily. Strong WiFi. Sky TV. Plenty of parking.

Will need a stronger heater for the winter. Need additional heater for the bathroom.

I couldn't find any faults. I liked everything about it. Will definitely my only choice next time plus relay to others my feelings of absolute pleasure.
