I was not going to arrive until after 8.30pm, on arrival they had left a light and heater on in the motel room for me, it was a very thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. Although this motel is the slightly worn, it was spacious and clean. With an attractive main room housing an extremely comfy and clean bed/bedding, suitably equipped bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of heaters, if required, in wardrobe. Sky tv was also unexpected.

My only fault, which is purely due to my personal preference, is that they only had sachets of chia tea and I would have liked to have had English breakfast tea.

Host friendly & accommodating. Beds comfortable, spacious living room, bathroom clean. Kitchen needs updated, was suitable for our needs. Bed comfortable Restaurant & bar in walking distance. The Warehouse small shopping centre across the road. Classique Lodge Motel is good value for money, would be happy to stay agin when visiting Christchurch in the near future.

Kitchen needs updated. Rooms decor needs updated. Insufficient power source through out the rooms. I do hope these upgrades are taken seriously into consideration as it would make this motel a gem.

The staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. The appliances are not the most modern but they all worked. The facilities are from an earlier error, but again they worked. There was a supermarket across the road and there were a number of restaurants in the area. Oh, it was relatively in-expensive.

This is an older style Motel. It still has damage from the earthquake. Like many places in Christchurch, it's okay but still needs some work. Most of these things are fairly superficial, and as I said above The staff were very helpful.

The price and back off the road away from most of the road noise

Dated style. Work needs to be done inside the unit we stayed in. Kitchen taps leaked, found my phone 8n a puddle on the bench where once it was dry. Cob webs in the toilet, looked to be there a while as it had collected alot of dust. The edge of shower mixer looked yuk. Breaks at the bottom of shower wall panel. Autumn leaf fall everywhere, Noone swept away during my stay. Rubbish collected against fence line, looked to have been there a while as some was buried. No salt or pepper. Empty containers. No play equipment for children.

I checked in afterhours and the team contacted me and arranged an alternative check in process that acomodated best to my needs. The location was perfect, literally within walking distance to the Riccarton Westfield.

There was so many kitchen cupboards so it did make finding things in the cupboards a longer than needed process. Otherwise it had everything we did need. I would recommend replacing scouring pads & brushes that were provided for the kitchen & a dish rack for stacking washed dishes.

Friendly hosts, they went out their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Property was clean and comfortable. They were also able to accommodate our request for easy access due to disability

We came in a motorhome and it was a bit too big, suggestions to people travelling to let the owners know before hand to make appropriate arrangements for your vehicle.

The large, spacious unit had a comfortable lounge and bed and all facilities in the kitchen (including an oven). Vivian, was the best host - happy, helpful, a sweet young lady. The location was quite a way out of town, but fine if you have a car.

The kitchen and bathroom were very dated and in need of an upgrade.

The staff are very friendly. Such a delight to stay at their motel. I would highly recommend. A full size kitchen was fantastic. Owners also took us to the railway station early in the morning. Couldn't have asked for a better motel. Value for money.

Great location huge rooms quiet and amazing staff extremely friendly and helpful

Water pressure in the shower was poor. Trees at entrance could use a trim to be able to see signage easier. Possibly could use a couple of extra pillows, but did not request them and am sure they would have accommodated the request if asked

The layout of the unit is perfect for us. 3 single beds to enjoy the very quiet night time and 1 large bed for easy taking care of my little one. The property manager is very welcome and professional. We got perfect guides from her. The last and the most important, good value for money. Recommend.
