Location is great, as it is located at the centre of the city - every attractions around the city centre are within the walking distance. The value was great also, as the price is lower than most of other hotels near-by, and yet provide all facilities that others do. It is not run-down, but modern. Breakfast is reasonably good. So great value for money.

I do not know what went wrong, but one of my booking was somehow cancelled without my consent or notification. I'm not too sure if it was at the fault by booking.com or the hotel itself, therefore the check in process was not too pleasant, as I had 10 rooms booked for a group, for 2 nights. Happy ending though. Also nothing to do with the hotel, but the Hereford St from the evening can get bit rough, with drunken people harassing guests who are going out to explore the city, and with homeless people.. Something the staffs can maybe actively look out for..

Location was great. Room was warm and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean.

Travel cot provided had a mattress that wasn't firm enough. Can't be certain, but suspect it was a replacement for the original one as it didn't have the same pattern or the brand on it. Could potentially be unsafe for newborns. A small patch of mould or dirt on the ceiling above the shower that shouldn't be there. Wasn't aware that there was a $30 a night charge for parking the car in the hotel parking until after I booked the room. Maybe I should have been more vigilant but that was disappointing.

Amazing location that’s walking distance for everything, friendly and helpful staff! Clean and comfortable room, great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Only 2 things I can think of was that when we checked in staff confirmed we had late check out but I must have not been noted down, staff called (I missed the phone) then entered the room. It was all resolved but good to make a note for the future. And buffet breakfast options were a little disappointing.

Excellent costumer service from the front desk. They make our stay no hustle during check in. Bed is comfy, location is perfect, price is perfect. I am a fussy person when it comes to cleanliness, so far I have no issue with it, as expected room is clean. Would love to come back again in this hotel.

No rubbish bag in the bin. No glass for water, but can easily ask from housekeeping. Would be nice if glass is already there just like other hotels. These are not major issues, still wanted to come back in this hotel.
