I ĺoved the room. The bed was wonderful. Curtains and furnishings top marks. The staff were really lovely and pleasant. The breakfast bar was decent.. the white bread was fantastic toasted and the coffee machine was super impressive. It's a lovely hotel for sure !!

I didn't like having to wait an hour past my check in time for the room to be cleaned. I wasn't keen on finding a long hair in the bath. It was the only one but it put me off using it as a bath. And it would be good to check the mini bar properly before the next customer so we don't get asked to pay for the previous stays drink. I would take those sausages off the menu entirely. Too easy to complain so just know these were small issues only

We were made to feel extremely welcome on arrival, and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were cheerful and very friendly. We dropped off our bags early, as we arrived in the morning, and when we came back in the afternoon to check in, they had already taken our bags up to our room, which was great! We were on 9th floor, and had amazing views over the city. The room was spacious, and comfortable, and immaculately clean. Had the best nights sleep I've had when staying away, as the bed was so comfortable! The bathroom was a good size, and again, very clean. The dressing gowns and slippers were a nice touch of luxury! Really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this location to others as it's very close to all the key city attractions, and very quiet, considering it's in the centre,

A small thing really, and hardly a negative, but the tea and coffee selection could have been better - I know nescafe is pretty standard, but would have been nice to have a better quality coffee, considering the price of the room. We also had to buy our own teabags, as the ones provided were a bit too perfumed, and we missed our dilmah (but tea is a personal thing). Can't really fault it on anything else :-)

A restaurant staff member who served us throughout our stay was fantastic, I don't remember his name but personally I'd like to thank him for his services. The hotel is in a prime location and close to everything e.g restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, and more.

Asked 3 different reception staff and no one knew how to get Netflix working, maybe the old TV's they use are out of date or need their apps updated? no other TV apps worked either. I got served a cold coffee but was replaced with a lukewarm one. Not a major but I would assume you can sense the temperature of a takeaway coffee cup.

We arrived on a morning flight, after messaging the property, we were able to check in at lunchtime as our room was ready. We had a junior suite and it was massive, it was even bigger than the photos depicted. Very quiet in the room. The food and drink in the hotel was no more expensive than else where. The staff were attentive. We ate there two evenings. Good selection in the breakfast buffet.

We had a bath and a separate shower. The shower was a small cubicle and an old fashioned fixed non adjustable shower on the wall. It would have been nice to have a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Besides the bathroom mirror and a full length mirror in the wardrobe, there was no dressing table mirror in the bedroom/living area. It's always better to apply makeup in natural light.

We enjoyed having plenty of space to unload our things. The bed was like a cloud - we didn't feel each other wriggle around. Loved the city views and location to shops and cafes. Staff were helpful, valet was awesome and they let us leave our vehicle parked securely so we could go have Brunch and even had it waiting out front when we got back.

Bathroom lighting only annoyed me because I needed to shave my legs lol but couldn't see what I was doing. No light reaches the showering area.

This Hotel was awesome. The room was so big and set out well. We had a corner room on the top floor so city views were great. Location was the best ! The tram being just one street away as well. Walking distance to everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful, answering our never ending questions about where to go and what to see. Providing us with umbrellas for the whole 3 nights we were there as it rained most of the time. Huge TV and bed & pillows so comfy, the slippers and dressing gown provided for use were really handy. Bathroom even had a dim blue light to leave on for easy find through the night. Also free washing and drying machines, just $2 for some washing powder. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing at all we didn't like about this hotel.

We were greeted warmly by front desk reception. We were checked in quickly and provided us with useful information about the area. Amazing location with everything close by. Clean, bright, modern spacious rooms. Excellent hotel highly recommend checking into here!

Location was great, really close to the CBD and hop on hop off tram. Staff were all lovely. Room was clean although a bit dated. The bed was very comfortable.

I booked two king rooms through booking.com for one night. Everything was confirmed and I had my booking confirmation printed off (luckily). We decided during our trip to add an extra night so we rang the hotel directly and asked if we could book another night. They confirmed the two rooms for the extra night. Upon our arrival at the hotel a couple of days later we found they had only booked ONE room for 4 adults!!!! I don't know where they expected us to sleep as the room only had one bed in it! We kind of felt like they didn't want to fix their mistake until I showed them my booking confirmation that clearly had two rooms on it. They also tried to charge extra for parking when that was included in the nightly rate. Make sure you have your confirmation with you for proof!!!

Fantastic location, clean, quiet, and very helpful front desk. Near a few good eateries and shops, and very convenient in terms of access to transport. No coffee machine, but an electric kettle with tea and coffee. Good value for the price.

Air conditioning wouldn’t heat; it may be that it’s centralized, and that most days are warmer in spring, but I wanted a warmer room. While very clean, there was some mild calcification on water sources; still absolutely fine by most standards, but pedants may notice it. Minimalist toiletries, though of decent quality.
