Probably the best hotel breakfast experience that I have ever had in my life, comparing to breakfast experiences at fine hotels in Paris, London, Berlin, and some Caribbean hotels. Extremely friendly staff. Very clean rooms and common areas.

There was a guest with some very loud music at the pool area. Would prefer that music is only offered by the hotel or that one of the staff members to have requested the rude guest to control the level of his music. The pool is a very beautiful and peaceful area that should be respectfully enjoyed by all guests.

I ate at the restaurant and had a traditional meal with corn flour tortillas filled with cheese. The food was good, but there was a rock in the corn flour, and it did significant damage to my teeth. I have thousands of dollars of dental work being done now. Also, the airport shuttle doesn't start running till 7am. If you have a 5:40am flight, you’ll have to pay a taxi. It was $7 for me in April 2021. That was very frustrating because I chose this hotel for the shuttle service, and there are only a few flight times each day for Managua - why wouldn’t you run the shuttle to cover all flight times?

The breakfast had a good and quality variety. The pool area was lovely and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and had a small air vent in the windows for fresh air to come in, which you could open up, which is more than I can say for any other air deprived hotel (what is this with hotels and this right?) The garden was nice to have as well and sit and meditate. There is also a sauna and steam room, which we really enjoyed.

We have a very clean diet and do not drink alcohol, coffee or sugary drinks and there was not a kettle in the room to make tea, which is usually pretty standard for a 5 star hotel. The tennis courts where run down, so we didn't play like we thought we would. We also went to the very well equipped gym in the evenings around 6 pm and both nights they sprayed a pesticide around the gym, which came in through the widows, so we had to leave, which was disappointing, seeing that this is one of the main reasons why we booked there.

Love the location!!! Close to the airport 3 min away. Love the food ! Omg the soups!!! I trued one different one everyday. Love the pool, breakfast is a must!!!

My only issue with it was the mosquitos even on the room we called staff they spread it,right,away but for someone who has kids that are allergic to bites its a big no no. But my,daughter only gets really bad rashes ... but it was ok next time i will get a room close to the entrance.

Is close to the airport. Facilities are very nice, especially the pool. The deer and birds on the property were a nice addition. Good value for money. The food was excellent.

Nothing around the hotel. No stores within walking distance. felt a bit like a ghost town as not many people were around.

such a consistently gorgeous facility. staff is amazing and so are gardens and aviary.

when i booked online, i indicated i wanted a garden or pool view. our view was actually of the spa's stone wall which was about 10 feet away (Room 315). and we were by the ice machine which was noisy. i would have thought there would been many other rooms with a better view and quieter. also, we were a little surprised at the $5 per person fee to go to the airport. we only had 3 people, but i could see this being quite a costly ride for bigger families. almost forgot to mention, the sheets felt very rough or scratchy. possibly they are bamboo. wasn't bad for one night.

The staff were great. Any concern was quick addressed. Very impressed with the people who work there. Many people from the area even stated this was one of the best or the best hotel in Managua.

The breakfast was outstanding but should be included in the price.

It was not clear that the airport shuttle was a $5 charge. Not that I mind paying the fee, it’s just nice to know upfront what to expect.

Love the breakfast selection buffet, beautiful gardens and pool, and bed were comfortable.

When I booked this hotel through Booking.com, it was for $88 per night but when I actually checked in it turned out to be $118 per night. This is not what I booked it for.

Easy location, close to airport. Clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the facilities but it all looked very nice.

We wish the restaurant was open a little later, so we weren’t able to eat after a long flight. But it was to be expected since we arrived at 10:30. Would have liked more than 1 bottle of water in the room since there were 3 of us.
