Room what I expected in terms of comfort level. Breakfast very good.

I booked a Premium Double x 2 single beds. When we arrived they could not provide so we had to take a lower level room to get two single beds. Not good. But after a conversation they gave us a small refund. Also it took along time to check in as two members of staff checking in a party of 25 with one of the party doing it and having to go off and get passports etc. They should have a seperate area for check in of large groups as this is a regular occurrence in this hotel.

The hotel is very close to both the train and bus stations. It was an easy 3 to 5 minute walk from both. There are approximately 20 steps down from the stations to the hotel and/or a steep ramp. The ramp was good going down but it was difficult getting heavy suitcases back up. We found that if you walk a little further and cross a rather busy road that there is a lift and escalator that takes you up to the train station. The room was very clean and comfortable and exactly as shown in the images. We had booked a superior room which has a shower over the bathtub. As I am 158cm and 70 years old I found it almost impossible to get in and out of the bath without trepidation. I requested a room with a walk-in shower and was quickly assigned a standard room which has the walk in shower but is slightly smaller. I was happy. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The staff was always very professional, friendly and helpful.

The Radisson Hotels do not provide adequate cupboard space. We stayed in hotels for 5 and 6 days at a time and it becomes tedious to constantly have to open and close suitcases because there is no where to put your clothing. I find this a design flaw. During this trip we stayed in 3 Radisson Blu, a Radisson Red and a Radisson Collection and the design of the rooms were similar and all lacked a draw or shelf inside a cupboard.

The hotel is located very centrally and has direct access to the central train station. Very practical and good value for money. I actually really liked the elevator system, selecting your floor prior to entering. It's a very efficient system that avoided long lines and waiting times. The rooms are great and we had a great view overlooking the city. The staff was overall very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Would happily stay here again when we return to Oslo.

During our stay we tried to reach the front desk from our room, but there was no answer on the phone. I tried again a little while later and there was still no answer. I eventually succeeded getting in touch, but I just felt for a hotel with a reputed brand name, situations like this should not happen. One other issue, although it was not problematic for us specifically, was that the shower/tub is a little awkward to enter, having to step over into the tub for showering. I think it would be greatly beneficial to have regular standing showers as I suspect for older people, this could be an issue. Other than that, everything else was great!

The location was great and the breakfast was very nice and varied. It's a busy hotel but the staff were still attentive. It was also warm and comfortable, and had incredible views across the city. The bed was also huge!

The parking was quite difficult. We had a big car and it was incredibly tight to go around the underground car park, with only inches to spare on each side. I'm aware that they do valet parking and most people will be travelling on public transport though. The room service options were also quite limited but there's a pizza restaurant attached to the hotel.

Before we arrive to hotel, I call to ask about car parking. Guy who I was spoke told us when we check in just leave keys and fill info of the car. There was like 10 people waiting for check in, so we parked car outside hotel and stand on waiting line for check in. At this time when we was waiting we got 900kr ticket for parking… No one can help about this situation in recepcion. So if they notice us that dont leave car outside without driver inside so we shouldnt leave car outside.

The hotel is situated very close to the Oslo S station so it was very easy to come from the airport. It is also centrally located to all the main parts of Oslo like the Munch museum and the main shopping streets. The staff who greeted us were very friendly and tried to get us in as early as possible after coming in from early flights. The room itself was clean and very comfortable.

Not really a complaint but it did take a while to use the elevators because of how it was set up. We had multiple people in our group spread out on different floors so it was a little tedious to go to their room. But not really a complaint as I understand it is done for security purposes.

Very near the main train station. They also have free sweets and water in the lobby which my kids really enjoyed taking everytime we are at the lobby. Front desk was also very friendly and nice

Hotel overall is nice especially the location. Just felt like they do not really clean the rooms properly. One of the bath towels had hairs on it so im not really sure if its being washed/changed for the new guests.

The chargeable usage of mini bar should be made known to guest during check in. Just place 1 x Packet of milk in the mini bar fridge and was charge 250kr.. i probaly miss reading the notice..

Booked 4 nights and the upper level room we booked and were given was unfortunately right below some massive renovatiion works being done at the hotel, which we were not informed about. The noise was deafening and we immediately requested a room change. The hotel reception staff and manager were excellent in finding us a new room (not what we booked but lower down the hotel away from the noise), refunded us the room rate difference and gave us a complimentary dinner in the panorama restaurant for the trouble - excellent customer service and we feel we were very fairly treated. Thanks. Breakfast choice was good and quality excellent. Plenty of seating and prompt service and clean-away. Very good. The diinner we had in the panorama restaurant at the top of the hotel was outstanding - local cuisine cooked to perfection.

We would have liked to use the sauna in the evening, but couples can't enjoy a sauna together. The cleaning service in the room kept missing things each day, eg no cups left or one cup not exchanged, no tea or coffee or creamer etc - not a big deal and quickly rectified each time on phoning reception.

Rooms were very clean and spacious, with very comfy beds. Breakfast has plenty of seating and the selection of food on offer was great -- we travelled at Christmas and it had festive specials on offer. It's in a great location -- literally right as you come out of the central train station -- and is walkable to everywhere you'd want to go.

If was to really be fussy, I'd say that they could have paid more attention to our request for twin beds rather than one king size. It turns out they'd run out of twin rooms by the time we arrived. But the bed was so big, they supplied two duvets and it was basically like sleeping in separate beds.
