The room was comfy with amenities and the receptionist was very polite. We were upgraded to a business suite with the garden view which is also the mountain/mosque view which was fabulous during day and night. The infinity pool was clean and the water temperature was perfect with the mountain view. Located at the heart of the city which makes it even more desirable for staying. Will surely love to visit again. EV charging is available at the car park for EV owners and is free of charge as of the date of our stay (June-23).

The Hotel definitely meets the standard of a five-star accommodation. Almost all aspects can be included within the positive points of the hotel.

The only downside is with the swimming pool which should have been more spacious.

I thought this hotel was exceptional value for money - staff were all superb, rate was fair, breakfast was bountiful, room was clean with a very comfortable bed, good sized bath/shower, complimentary water and hot beverages, free underground parking, excellent check in experience, nice pool on top (and gym). No alcohol sold at the hotel but that's ok. Had a lovely stay - thank you to all the warm and engaging staff who made every day a pleasant experience.

Traffic can be heavy around the streets at the back of the hotel (if your sat nav puts you on that side) but I am struggling to find anything I didn't like about the hotel.

This was my third stay in this hotel and it was as good as ever. I ordered food in the room. It was served in time, more than sufficient quantity and had great taste. Staff was excellent in behavior and professionalism. The garden outside with walking track makes the hotel distinguished from other inner city hotels. Its price make it excellent value for money. In essence this hotel is a very good choice due to its location, facilities, comfort and price. I certainly would like to stay again.

Towel were of low quality unlike in other hotels of similar status. They looked dirty and felt like these are not washed well. On the foot rest nearby the sofa there was a stain that must have spotted before and cleaned. TV channels choice was very limited. I bought a large bottle of water from a small stall infront of reception that costed me 2 Omani riyal (20 Saudi riyal / 5 USD) that was really a very inflated price.

The hotel rooms are very comfortable and clean. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor playground. The breakfast spread was excellent with good variety. We loved the waffles! Food at the restaurant was good.

When we first arrived the aircon in the room was set at 16 degrees Celsius and it was really cold! It took hours for the room temperature to reach 20 degrees so that first night was not great. Service at the hotel restaurant could have been better; our dinner bill was misplaced and couldn’t be found when we checked out of the hotel.

Staff pushes you penetrantly to let them carry your luggage, even not letting go after you say you take it yourself. Then obtrusively wanting a tip for it. This was unpleasant. And 1 OReal is 3$. You might lack that later in an pivotal moment in taxi to airport or so. The pool is a bit small, quite opaque water. The restaurant on evenings a la carte is really not so good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was lovely and free clothes washing facilities were so appreciated. I loved that they didn't use the little plastic bottles for shampoo, conditioner etc. The products they supplied were lovely. The buffet breakfast offered lots of choices and as a Coeliac, the made to order omelette was my favourite. There are lots of restaurants nearby and we found a really good Turkish one.

The carpet could have done with a clean and our room smelled a little of smoke. A bar would have been good, but overall, we loved our stay here and would recommend it.

I don't even know where to start. I had a wonderful stay (4 nights) with breakfast and dinner included. The value for money is excellent. The room is completely new, big, bed is super comfy and the view is beautiful!! I had a room close to the elevators and I didn't even bother me. The AC works super well and super easy to use. The food is absolutely great. Varied, super qualitative, I was super happy to enjoy it morning and nights. The restaurant staff even started to recognized me at some point which is nice :) The breakfast is probably one of the best I ever had. There are 2 pools, one for women only and one mixed. The pool beds are very comfortable and the view is again stunning. Gym is very small and basic but allows you to do the essentials.

The pool staff is nonexistend which is a shame. There is a whatsapp numbers to order stuff but it didn't work. The check in was a disaster : I had the only staff member that didn't smile (her colleagues were adorable) and nothing was okay at first ("we don't find your booking" "you don't have dinner included" "we don't have your king size bed") but in the end everything was sorted out. So wrong start but amazing finish! Only thing missing is an expresso machine in the room!

No nonsense. Not too expensive. You get what you paid for. Nothing extra, but enough. Nisara at the front desk was genuine, helpful and pleasant.

Water is too expensive. Priced almost 200% higher than outside. Cleaning wasn’t done properly one day but when we pointed out they were extremely apologetic and ensured it was extra neatly done on all remaining days. Buffets were not that great. Felt repetitive and not a great selection especially when you stay for a longer duration.

The concierge on the 4 floor was very helpful and the guy on reception gave us a good room 438 with city view. God bless them all. The weather was great February, so we enjoyed walking in the garden of the hotel. The view from the roof of the hotel is also awesome, you can enjoy the swimming pool and the view at the same time. There is a children play area as well if you are staying in the hotel with children. Overall I and my wife enjoyed our stay in Hilton.
