Very good location staff very cooperative morning breakfast was good cleaning regular and good toilets are working in a good manner the facilities for making morning tea is very good.As the overall service is good its recommended to others

Check out time maybe extend for minimum two hours Minimum one ltr water per person should be provided also dental kit should be provided

The location was excellent and within walking distance of many good restaurants. The breakfast was very good and reasonably priced especially when you compare it to an American hotel breakfast of donuts and oj and coffee. The hotel night staff went out of their way to get me from the airport when there was a mix-up in my transportation

The Eco-friendly options could have been better. Not necessary to change towels and bedding every day. Get rid of plastic water bottles.

The check in happened a bit after midnight. It was a pleasant and professional experience. The reception even called my room minutes later to verify that everything was meeting my expectations. That's excellent customer service. The breakfast was bountiful and tasty. There are numerous places nearby for eating and just strolling.

The furniture was somewhat old needs renovation There was a continous sound in the room i think from the fridge, it was loud and disturbing “room 515“

The property was located quite in the center and the customer service and the way they great the customers is excellent. Special thanks to Iqbal who really took good care of us.

I booked my room with balcony but I got without and they mention private pool but I find nothing but it’s ok still fine

Perfect location exactly in the middle of the city and everything is available nearby and around the hotel including restaurants, hospitals, malls, etc And that the staff were friendly and helpful

Staff was very helpful and this place was neat and clean.

There was no water yesterday for good few hour due to some technical issue but the staff were on toes for everything possible they could do while the issue was being resolved.

Perfect location. The check in was easy and the staff were brilliant. Everything was easy and the staff were very helpful. The guy at the reception was very helpful and accommodating. He deserves a pay rise.
