- the location is stunning and has easy access to 4-5 swimming pools, as well as 3-4 different beaches, all within a few minutes of walking or a free shuttle ride in a golf cart - the staff were 10/10. In particular, Muhammad and Noor at Reception, as well as the manager of the Juweira restaurant (I believe Manish, but might be misremembering his name). They consistently went above and beyond and were kind and helpful. This was some of the best service I've had at any hotel. - since you are near two sister hotels that are large all inclusives (Rotana and Fanar), you can make use of their facilities like tennis courts, gyms, water sports kiosks and restaurants - Oman is easily in the top 5 countries that I've visited - the rooms are large, quiet, and with excellent air conditioning

- the Juweira gym isn't well stocked (only up to 14kg dumbells, and no weight machines, so not really useable for weightlifting). But this isn't a problem since the nearby gym at the Rotana hotel (7-8 minute walk), which you have access too as a Juweira guest, has everything you need. - other tourists should be nicer and more courteous to the staff.

I don’t really know what to start with. I think that was the greatest stay in my whole life! The hotel is beautifully located, kept extremely clean, a very fresh smell is everywhere around. The room we stayed was very spacious, had a stunning view on the Marina of Hawana and was very well equipped with different facilities. The staff responsible for cleaning did their job very, very well, it was always spotless and we could see that they put attention to the detail and a lot of effort for their work. I am very grateful for all the staff that assisted us during our stay at Juweira especially I would like to say big thank you to Rasha and Milad from the front and Hassan from the restaurant, your kindness took our hearts away 🥺🥺🥺. I rarely visit same places multiple times but I really hope to come again to Salalah and stay at Juweira, our holiday was just beautiful and it wouldn’t be as such if it hadn’t been for an exceptional commitment of the people who work there and create this place. It would be a sin to say a bad word about this place

One of the most quiet and relaxing property I’ve ever stayed at. As it is an “adults only hotel” it makes it even quieter. All staff was very kind and helpful (mostly solving humidity issues, unfortunately weather was like that during my stay), starting from the receptionist Mohamed, the bellhops Milad (and another guy who I don’t remember the name, my bad 😅), and all the ADD’s staff. The location, even if not in the center, suited me a lot, it’s a very calm place, and takes you only 15/20 minutes drive to reach Salalah, nevertheless it’s nearby to all attractions and natural places located on East of the area.

The room was large, well-equipped and very aesthetically decorated. Although a bit distant from the city, the property is quite self-contained, with a choice of restaurants. All staff are very efficient, warm and welcoming, often willing to go that extra mile for you - particularly the reception and F&B. The breakfast spread was very good, and particularly notable was the alertness of the staff to try and cater to your particular palate though it may not quite fit in with the generic guest profile.

There was nothing that I didn’t like

Very friendly and helpful staff in all departments, breakfast had a nice variety of options and tasty. Location is close to major sites to visit on east side of Salalah, and those on the west side are still within 1 hour drive - we rented a car at the airport so was very convenient to drive around. Great value for money and nice to have a stroll around the marina.

F&B options in the area for lunch and dinner are limited and not the best quality. Was disappointed with the seafood restaurant at the site. Albeit restaurants across Salalah were not great so this is to be expected.

The hotel is beautiful, located in the best accommodation area in Salalah. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I felt like in the best resorts of the world. Breakfast is delicious, 2 incredible swimming pools in the hotel plus access to Rotana swimming pool and a private beach without waves. Wifi great and working in all areas including the beach. Huge room with great bathroom. Parking area in front of reception with plenty of spots. I loved it and totally recommend.

Nothing, everything was great.

We stayed at the Juweira Boutique Hotel only shortly, as we were flying home to the Czech Republic from Salalah the next day. The standard of accommodation was excellent, the staff was friendly and kind. The resort is actually a city within a city. Breakfast tasty and very rich, it is very nice to have dinner in the evening under the palm trees. I was surprised by the large number of compatriots, Czech tourists. We liked the heated pools and the gradual sandy private beach. Price level higher compared to other accommodation in other parts of Oman, but otherwise we can highly recommend.

Large spacious room, has absolutely everything you need. Great view of the water. Very, very quiet, calm. The very place where you want to rest and relax. The breakfasts are delicious, not radically varied, but alternate every day. Everyone can find something to their liking.

Everything was amazing, except a little funny smell in the bathroom from the pipes, but that was no big deal

everything was top in this hotel; the large room, the food, wifi. We would especially like to mention the staff in the restaurant, on the beach at the reception as well the room service. The food was one of the best we ever have been served. Also the breakfast was splendid.

there is only one minor point to mention: The music in the dining room was kind of boring, always the same melodies, but it did not really bother.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and always offering their help from the minute I got there, Ms. Rasha at the reception has done an outstanding job in making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely come back if I ever had the chance to do so.
