The only thing I hated was that checking is excessive for no reason, I get checking bags & stuff for safety but they make you sign a waiver if you bring your own food into the hotel. Which is ridiculous & I’ve never seen another hotel do this. They even expose your food to X-ray, when they scan it, which I’m sure can cause serious health issues for people. Hotel needs to get rid of this weird policy.

Stayed for 11 nights. Rooms: The hotel gladly offered me a room upgrade to an awesome room. Very spacious and comfortable. All basic amneties were provided. Rooms were equipped with modern facilities with windows in 2 sides of the room. Staff: They were extremely helpful specially the reception, management/front desk, security staff, room service. They always took care of the needs. Location: was quite easy for my work Food: Food from menu was delicious with large portion size. Airport drop/pickup: Hotel provided me a complementary airport drop and pickup in a very comfortable, modern van.

Breakfast menu had a nice spead. May be they could change on daily basis to provide better experience for a person staying for longer stay. IT staff was attentive, however if they could probably improve on internet speeds.

We booked for one night but ended up extending for more due to the superior service. A special thanks to Ali Hamza for providing us with whatever we need and taking our concerns with utmost professionalism. The hotel is almost perfect, the rooms are top notch with even modern flatscreen TVs.

The gym can use a bit of renovation as well as the breakfast dining hall.

I could not believe that a hotel in Pakistan could match up to international standards. It is a modern design hotel and we loved our stay here. The rooms are spacious clean and modern. The staff are exceptional. Shout out to Miss Amina at reception and bell boy Nasim. Actually all the staff are amazing, courteous and professional. I used the Gym and it's decent. The location of the hotel is prime! Small details were taken care of! Carpet slippers in the room, universal power sockets to accommodate any phone chargers, Central heating and cooling, and so on. Would definitely stay here next time.

Hard to think of any negatives.

Overall good experience, what you would expect from a 4 star hotel in this price range. Room was above expectations, nicely decorated and electronically advanced(automatic curtains etc.)

Pool was in restoration and the facility is on a busy road with heavy security.

Cleanliness at the next level, superb to the extreme.

Guy at reception was trying to charge Rs.1500/- more in the name of taxes which were already included in the booking package, However on showing my booking messages followed by heated arguments, he accepted mistake and charged agreed amount with the Booking.com. So please be careful with the scammers at reception while choosing Best western premier, Islamabad.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Front office Manager Mr. Mohammed Imran, the reception staff and the concierge were all very nice. The rooms were also very well kept.

Location was a bit out of main town which made it hard to find a taxi or even Uber.

Friendly staff, secure with comfortable rooms. In a nice location. Staff will try to accommodate all requests you may have. Tea/coffee facilities in the room. Choice of dining options. Our favourite hotel during our stay in Pakistan

Pool area needs some upgrades, good cleaning and better service overall all etc towels readly available. On the second day of our stay pool was being drained and therefore not available to use.

The Best Western Premier is a 5-star hotel for a reason. Everything is top-notch. On top of that, the staff didn't just pretend they'd go above and beyond -- they actually did so. I had a tour company give me the runaround, and Mr. Imran, one of the managers, took a fair amount of time out of his day to sort the situation out. To be clear, the issue had nothing to do with my stay at the hotel -- his help was just extra that he did to help me out. I haven't exactly made a tour of 5-star hotels in Islamabad, but it's hard to imagine how they could be better.
