Hotel was super clean, rooms comfortable and very spacious in the price, buffet breakfast on day 01 was excellent. Staff was courteous and quick service. Food taste was great. Location is amazing especially night view is spectacular. Hot water and heating was superb. In room dining available 24/7 which was a veryyyy big plus for us nighters.

On day 02 of our stay there wasn't buffet breakfast but ala carte. It should've been mentioned at the time of booking or previous day because we never experienced such a thing where when guests are less in number you don't convey about breakfast options. Cafe should've more patisserie options (suggestion)

We booked two deluxe rooms but were upgraded to executive rooms (free of charge due to availability) with an interconnecting door. Immediately at arrival, we were offered a welcome drink (green tea). Cleanliness, Rooms, Food, Views, Hospitality of staff were top notch. They have a very nice indoor play area for kids as well as pool, and table tennis for adults. The restaurant is open 24 hours. Internet was good. They also have cable TV, Netflix, & YouTube. Murree is at a 15 minute drive from here. If you’re looking for more dining options then Second Cup, Chaye Khana, etc. are at a 5 minute drive.

wellness services aren’t active yet but we found that out when we came here. I was looking forward to visiting the swimming pool, gym and spa.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding. At par with any other 5 star hotel. Rooms were very clean. All amenities provided. Got a couple of complimentary chocolate chip cookies.🙂 Staff very cooperative. The view from the terrace was terrific. Overall a good experience. On our request we got interconnecting rooms which was very considerate of them as we had kids along with us.

The shower area in the bathroom is partly separate but does need a door as all the water from the shower splashes out onto the bathroom floor which is quite a nuisance. The terrace cafe needs to upgrade the menu as well as the taste and flavor of their dishes as it didn't live up to our expectations. Other than this everything else was fine.

The green light in room was on always, that was very annoying. I couldn't sleep due to it. Also whenever the power outage occurs, the emergency light in room turns on which was very annoying because at 2:00AM you are sleeping and suddenly the light turns on in the room. Also dinner was expensive. No nearby resturant or place to go. Only resturant that is near is McDonalds.

- Room service wasn't up to expectations for a 4 star hotel, had to call multiple times for AC not working in room when we checked in. Eventually with some hit n tries, it started working after 15-20 mins. No one turned up anyway despite many calls.

The staff was amazing, they made sure all our needs were satisfied. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The location was also great. Overall, my stay was very nice.

As only the soft opening of the hotel was done, there were some facilities we wanted that they weren't providing yet but were mentioned on this website. The room had only one bathrobe and one pair of slippers, which I think was not sufficient.

Rooms were good and spacious. The bed was comfortable. TV had good choice of channels including Netflix. Alot of good sitting areas in the hotel and play area for kids.

Hitea was pathetic with limited options and tasteless , very bland and cold food with low quality, will give 3 out of 10 to hitea although the sandwich taken from terrace Cafe was good.

Neat and tidy. staff is very friendly. overall recommended just make sure for the room before going.

I booked my room using Booking.com with Valley view but when I reached there, staff said they don’t have valley view room bcz all of them are booked, even though there are only 5 to 6 cars parked outside, mean they were lying. that was UNFAIR and UNPROFESSIONAL. Other than that all good.

Excellent location, excellent rooms, nice staff, and excellent breakfast in nice little cafe with a view. Definitely recommended.

Everything was awesome. The place is really good for families. Table tennis, snooker, and playarea is fun for kids and adults alike. Location is pretty peaceful and close to Lower Topa Mcdonalds.

The minibar was empty. There was no gym or pool.
