Staff are always great here. Location is pretty good. Rooms are good sizes and I like the extra features of the exec floor.

Only one thing let it down. My first room had a giant fly one day, and then the next day I found a stinging wasp like insect in the window. As i dont open the window i have no idea where they came from. I assume there is a hole somewhere they get in from. But staff were great, had a spare room and moved me to it. Much happier in the new room.

The staff especially on the executive floor were all nice and warm. The room food service was fast and food tasted great! Buffet breakfast was vast and loved the bbq on the rooftop too. Wifi worked perfectly and centralized heating made sleeping comfortable. I was easily able to rent a car for a day to explore areas around Islamabad. The complimentary airport dropoff was super helpful.

There were tiny cockroaches in the room particularly in the bathroom. The breakfast staff as well as the reception staff looked too serious. They will provide you whatever you need but often a single genuine smile can make a guest’s day complete. :)

The food was good and in particular the breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of choice. The hotel has a top floor buffet/grill type of restaurant which was also great and once again with a variety of dishes. We also hired a driver with vehicle from the hotel, the price was reasonable, excellent service and plenty on local knowledge.

The reception lounge area consisted of two sofas and a couple of armchairs, which considering the size of the hotel really should be bigger to accommodate more guests.

Very good hotel but price is on the high side.

The exact location is not ideal for walking to anywhere but the fact they are very close to things like the Centaurus mall, blue area, and other main shopping areas and you can get there relatively quickly by car / taxi was good. Breakfast options are huge downstairs, I only eat continental breakfasts so a bit wasted on me. The staff were amazing - I have stayed here before and may well do again.

The only things that let it down were 1) the room I stayed in did need a little repair here and there, and I would recommend they might want to look in to checking each room and getting things repaired - e.g dangling light and what looked like tape keeping the extraction fan cover stuck to the shower ceiling. 2) The in house taxi booking is very expensive (comparatively speaking) so I would recommend people get the "indrive" app on their phone and use that to get around - that is a great app (Pakistan's uber if you want to compare). 3) The price feels quite high for what you get. But I would stay again.

The carpenter started work in the middle of the night and the sound of hammer disturbed his sleep.

The night sleep is more dear to the traveler, the management should have taken care of that

The breakfast was good and the staff made sure I was happy with the food The omelette maker was a dedicated worker The room boy Nazar Abass was good at cleaning my room making sure I had clean towels leaving the room smelling fresh which was helpful in settling in my space as I worked from my room work on my laptop

I loved everything ❤️ The hospitality was amazing, the food was absolutely fantastic. I booked for 1 night only as the other nights were fully booked, I wish I could stay more. I had very bad experience with PC so I was a little confuse to book it too. But I don't regret it now, they served us fruits 30 min after checkin, lounge access with complimentary hi tea and complimentary buffet breakfast too, we had alot of things to do for free. Had an amazing time, I am never booking another hotel than Ramada. And the best part was I got a compliment from one of their staff members when he asked me that where am I from? I Said Lahore' He said wah zindadil logoun ka shehar aur zindadil loug, that made my day :,)

There's nothing that I did not like.
