The hotel staff were amazingly courteous, professional and helpful. Due to an extended stay I had a number of interactions with various members of the hotel team. I must mention front office team members Ms. Jennifer, Ms. Aiman, Ms. Rameeza and Mr. Hameed. They are all exceptional professionals with very pleasant personalities and great energy levels. In conversations they came across as well educated, cultured and knowledgeable. Having stayed at hotels all over the world these ladies and gentleman compare favourably with any international hospitality professionals. All of them are a credit to their establishment. The other good thing was the quality of food and service at the Tai-pan Chinese restaurant. The restaurant staff took obvious pleasure in serving me and were very knowledgeable about the dishes being served. The location of the hotel is a very convenient one, with good communication connections to rest of Rawalpindi and main Islamabad.

The rooms are comfortable but on the smaller size and the decor is bit dated. A facelift will make it a more attractive proposition. The bathroom's also need to be upgraded. The Pakistani food available at Bokhara restaurant was overall average with the serving staff not coming across as very professional. The hotel bakery had very limited selection while I had expected more, it being part of a very reputable hotel chain.

Hotel security is excellent. Check in was quick. Lobby is very grand. Staff are very polite and helpful. Beds and pillows are super comfy. Complimentary water and fruit in rooms.

Occasional smell of cigarettes in corridors. Pool area is a little tired, overhead electric main line an obvious hazard.

Everything was good

the lobby is very welcoming and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast has plenty of options and room service is also pretty good unlike other hotels that I’ve been to in Pakistan. overall I would give this hotel a 8/10. It would have been nice to have an indoor pool for the winters and the toilets on level 3 and 4 need a major renovation as the taps are rusty and the tubs look at least 20 years old.

good location and security. Very nice grounds and evening restaurant buffet was superb. polite and attentive staff.

for a highly rated hotel, facilities are showing signs of age and wear. needs renovation. even the “recently updated” rooms were lacking quality finishing touches like latches that close properly and stuck sliding doors.

Break Service was very good and a good variety for all. No complaints at all Lobby restaurant was good for western food but no Pakistani dishes available unless in room service or buffet restaurant.

Car taxi service could be cheaper. Pricey but safe and secure. The price quoted on booking was not held by the hotel for some reason.

Facilities were great

The way we were charged, booked in dollars but charged in rupees every other international hotel charges in dollars, the local rate is cheaper but due to hike in exchange feel we were conned as local booking rate is roughly half the price feel if you advertise in dollars you should charge dollars not convert

Brilliant all round. Great staff, newly refurbished room, nice breakfast. Much of this is down to care, support and leadership of Sardar Naveed who takes pride in delivering excellence all round for customers. Definitely a 5 star experience.

The room was good and it has all the things you could ask for. The breakfast was very good and the staff was kind. The overall staff of the PC Hotel was very professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I believe the mini bar should be complimentary in Executive rooms but that was not the case.
