When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the duty manager, M. Waqas. The welcome we received was very warm and welcoming and we were asked to take a seat whilst our reservation was dealt with. Waqas arranged for drinks to be served to us and then afterwards shown us both to our suites. The suites did not match our expectations for the price we paid, they exceeded them!! We just had enough time to experience the breakfast, which was a buffet with such a varied choice. Our stay at Ragalia was the best we had during our entire trip around Pakistan. Keep up the good work and we give our thanks to Waqas for the attention he gave us. Thank you!

Nothing. Everything was absolutely perfect!

We had an excellent stay at the Regalia hotel. All staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. We arrived at the airport around 8 AM and were greeted by Assad, who helped us with all our luggage (we had a lot of luggage), and by the time we were checked in, our luggage was in our room waiting for us. We were greeted by Jameel at the reception, who got everything sorted for us and got us checked in and gave some local tips as well. The rooms were great and had all the amenities you need so you don't have to bring anything with you. The staff went above and beyond because we came from a late flight and had not slept at all. The kids were sleeping, so we could not go for breakfast after checking in as breakfast was included for free. We mentioned the breakfast to Assad that we could not go because the kids were sleeping, and a few minutes later, we got a call from Jameel that they ate happy to send the food over to the room. We are extremely thankful for that. The next day, we were checking out, so we managed to get breakfast in the morning, and we requested the reception if the luggage can be moved to the reception before we checkout. As we had breakfast and then went to reception, we found all our luggage waiting in the reception put neatly. For breakfast, Hamza and his team were great. They also went above and beyond to make sure if we needed anything. There was a great load of drink selection and food selection. My personal recommendation would be the paratha and the keema and the fresh apple and orange juice. And obviously, the chaii as well. Finally, a big thank you to Assad again for assisting with the luggage again. He helped us again when the cars came and helped organise the luggage in the car to fit properly so we didn't end up with luggage on our laps.

Not much, really. It was a great stay.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. One of the most comfortable hotel in Pakistan. Welcome fruits and hot tea in room is very nice. However, I felt uncomfortable when the duty manager appear at the room to ask for writing a hotel review on my phone. Car arrangement for 2 way to Monal is 8000 PKR (ISD28) and to airport is 5000PKR (USD18). I think is quite expensive. Other than that, every thing is great.

The general staff was very nice, courteous and very accomodating. This includes the housekeeping, maintenance, and the front desk. The manager Mr Hamza was very courteous as well. Prompt response and resolution to any complaints, if any. Breakfast is good. The location is superb.

There was a slight problem at the time of checkout. Having paid for my stay at the time of arrival, the payment wasn't updated in their system. And the person who processed my payment on arrival, declined that he was there when i checked in. The matter was resolved within 15 minutes, but such things should not happen.

Everything was just perfect right from the beginning. The Manager Mr. Hamza and his team members were extremely courteous and helpful and always ready to facilitate our requests including breakfast serving in room, late checkout, arranging bouquet on request etc Also, Mr. Hamza called daily to inform about available meal options, and readily agreed to allow some extra time for breakfast when we were late for it. He also arranged a complimentary cake on our Valima. Room service was great, and staff did not disturb even once, unless we requested for any assistance. Another aspect I loved was the staff allowed us to fully enjoy our time and did not ask us for payments or anything until the last day on checkout.

I had a wonderful stay at Regalia hotel. As a solo female traveler I needed to stay at a safe place, also I needed to stay near diplomatic enclave and regalia hotel was a perfect pick for that. They put complimentary chocolates, water bottle, and fruits in your room. They also serve a welcome beverage of your choice. I ordered mix chaey and they promptly brought a kettle of chaey with tea cakes. The staff is amazing they have top notch service. Mr. Waqas was specifically very helpful. I needed to print some documents and he swiftly printed them for me. I absolutely loved the complimentary breakfast buffet. They have all sorts of food there. I have stayed in Serena and PC hotel previously and I can say that the services provided at Regalia are equivalent to that.

Yet to see the levels of hospitality like this, in any hotel of Pakistan. From staff attitude to accommodation to food, just one word OUTSTANDING. Mr Waqas at reception is such an asset to the outfit, the one who takes utmost personal pain to facilitate the guest. Mr Hamza & ms Iqra at the restaurant were highly enthusiastic. Mr Asad my room attendent every one took care of me as if it was my home. Really felt like a VVIP. Absolute value for money. Marvellous room and superb food. Cant go to any other hotel now, if in islamabad. Hats off to the owner who ensured such high standards and staff's training

Everything was just perfect. I was a bit confused about why a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel is charging 25k/night and how come it had the highest customer ratings in the entire Islamabad. Well, after my stay, I have my answers. Staff is exceptionally professional and helpful. Mr. Yawar and Mr. Abdul Rehman, from the reception, was courteous and had answers to all my questions. Ms. Hansa from the dining lounge was also super proficient at her job. During every breakfast, she went out of her way to make sure that we had everything that we needed, and she made us feel at home.

The cooling system was switched off because it was "December/Winters." Well, it was like 18°c and I needed cooling.

A great location, quiet and safe. Very clean, modern and spacious rooms, well appointed with all the necessary facilities such as iron, tea/coffee making and hairdryer. We received a fruit basket and chocolates on arrival. Waqas was extremely helpful and accommodating when we wanted to change our room due to needing an extra bed. Abdul Rahman made the check out process very smooth for us. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would say this is a good 4* hotel on par with the major hotel chains. So impressed, would definitely recommend and stay again.

I have been staying at Islamabad Regalia Hotel since 2021 and this is my preferred hotel whenever I travel to Islamabad. The most important thing in considering this as my first preference is its cleanliness, and I do not find carpeted rooms to be hygienic, where as the rooms of this hotel are marbles and tiles. Clean bathrooms and the housekeeping available within minutes. When you arrive at the hotel you feel welcomed as compared to other peoperties in Islamabad who make you park your cars outside the main enterance. The bell boys, reception staff and the management staff greets every guest. The breakfast is fabulous with good variety of everything from traditional Pakistani halva puri, naan parathas, hale and nehari to choices of live omelettes and eggs and also a good variety of season juices and fruit salaads. The restaurant manager Hamza Abbasi took extra ordinary interest while we were having our breakfast and personally served us fresh parathas and coffee. I find my stay at Regalia very refreshing.
