Bocas Paradise hotel was a really nice gem, with a fresh vibe in Bocas del Toro, as, to be frankly speaking, the town itself, even the central touristy street, is really not well maintained. Actually, this was the only hotel during our Panama trip that met our expectations and was offering real comfort, as per international standards, with nicely designed, clean rooms, air conditioning, comfortable beds and linens, nice clean bathroom. Also, the view from the restaurant to the ocean was formidable, and the breakfast very nice. We really enjoyed having a comfortable rest here, during our Panama adventure.

In the breakfast that was included in the room rate, and was otherwise delicious and plentyful, with eggs, bacon and jams included, they only brought a really small, half-a-slice bread. When we asked for some more bread, they told us it would be extra charge, but paying 6$ for 3 small slices of bread was an unpleasant surprise

I love the new renovations just beautiful at Bocas Paradise . The staff here in the reception and in the restaurant are beyond outstanding they treat you like they have known you for years not just days . I just love everything about the property the design the great air conditioning and the most comfortable bed . It’s in the heart of Bocas town centrally located you will love it !! I was excited about their shower as it is just the best . I am impressed and you will be too . it’s beyond the best to me !!

We miss it already! The rooms were a little small but clean! Ac worked great, good water pressure and hot water. They're making a restaurant in the back facingthe water. The location was perfect with great coffee and restaurants next door or across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were there March 13-16, 2023. We stayed in the family room with a queen + bunkbed, which was great. However, the room was small and lacked closet, and hooks for storage. A different shower door would be nice bc water splashes out(especially with teens). Minor issues for a great place.

Good location in Bocas town for a few nights. We had a room with a balcony & street view. Sea facing rooms where a ridiculous price! Bocas is a noisy party town so you won’t escape music and loud people. But of you can handle noise its a great location. Rooms recently redecorated in caribe art deco style. Small but functioning bathroom. Large balcony with furniture. Breakfast had an awesome view, good food and nice staff. Reception staff were extremely accomodating and helpful. I would recommend!

Noise.

It is a beautiful tropical type hotel. It has 29 rooms. They are kept so clean. The A/C unit blows hard and produces ice cold air. The summer months from May 15th until September 15th are brutal in terms of heat and humidity. This hotel is right in the middle of town. Everything was GREAT : Staff, facilities, room condition, mattresses, location, and amenities. The restaurant in the back of the hotel is right on the water. Spectacular views, delicious food, and reasonable prices.

I LIKED EVERYTHING. NO COMPLAINTS.

The location is great and the staff were fabulous. You can also have great deals to access the pool club and the beach at other sister hotels. The breakfast was delicious. I had read some reviews that it can be noisy but that was not my experience at all, maybe it was because I was midweek or off-season but no noise at all.

Very nicely decorated room, clean, bed super comfortable and the food in hotel restaurant is delicious!!!

Shower in our room was just strange, it was impossible to shower and not get the bathroom wet, and there was nothing to clean it with. And the music from next door everyday party was kind of loud in the room ;(

Great hotel! Staff was the friendliest in Bocas. The remodel of the hotel was excellent and the view from the room was awesome. We originally booked at another hotel and cut our stay short due to several issues. Your hotel saved our vacation and far exceeded our expectations. We will be back.

- great location - staff on front desk friendly and very helpful - cafe out the back did a great breakfast - rooms were well decorated and clean - compared to some other hotels in Bocas Town, we got amazing value

- very loud at night from a party across the road, but this is the case for every hotel in the centre of Bocas Town

Clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was great, clearly labeled gluten free and vegan options with kind staff and great view. Even accommodated our early departure and let us grab breakfast before opening time.
