The location was great. The bar, even if not operagional yet, was really nice to be at to enjoy the sun and take a quick swim. Despite the booked guiding tour incident, the staff (namely the guy the welcome us and the Manager) were always kind and supportive during our interactions.

At the end, everything worked out regarding the booked tour. So, no major issues to point out. In need of a few minor upgrades/refurbishment, but the new Management seemed to be working on those.

Great location. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast but had to go down a block to get as hotel in renovations.

No coffee pot in room although they had a coffee station in the lobby which we weren't told of. Hotel is renovating so their patio and bar area was not open for service. (This was not mentioned when we booked). Suggestion: Would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room and some complimentary water.

Location. Location. Location. Situated in the heart of Bocas Town, this hotel has all the charm and necessary amenities you'll need for your stay. Walk to all the local shops and eateries, cross the street to grab a water taxi to explore the sights and sounds of surrounding islands, or simply relax on the spacious back deck and enjoy a cocktail and the extraordinary view. The staff are all smiles and will be happy to store your luggage after check out until you are ready for a 5-minute (or less) taxi ride to the Bocas airport.

We loved it. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they made us feel immediately welcome. The rooms are stunning and we had a fabulous view over the water from our balcony. I would highly recommend!

The only downside is the restaurant and bar not being open, we had hoped to sit and have a drink by the water and be able to use our hotel more but unfortunately it is undergoing renovations.

Great location in town. Room with a view to the water was nice enough (clean, comfortable, AC worked very well, strong shower). They did a small load of laundry for us for $5. We had arrived early in the day and since our room was ready, we were able to check in early. Breakfast was made-to-order eggs or pancakes; basic but ample and tasty. For the class of hotel this is, it met those expectations. This is not a 4 or 5-star hotel, so as long as you don’t expect that, you will be happy.

Minor concern was that there is no deadbolt on the room door and the front door to the hotel is left open all day. There was some noise at night from nearby music and water taxis going at all hours, but I think that is to be expected no matter where you stay.

Perfect location in the center of town. Great view. Noisy because it faced the water and all the oats and music, but it was still a fabulous place to stay. Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean. The staff very friendly and accommodating (got our laundry done for $5)!

A bit noisy ay night, but that’s too be expected, considering the location. The pillows were not as comfy as we like, but we just asked for extra.

- Nice location right on one of the mainroada of bocas town and at the waterfront. Water Taxi right next door - Balcony - Breakfest was not bad - Restaurant/ Breakfest area was nice

- Loud noise from closeby nightclubs until early in the morning making it difficult to sleep - Hotel restaurant/bar was closed most of the time - Staff wasn‘t really friendly or helpfull with the exception of the barkeeper (he was very nice)

The location was good, the room spacious and comfortable. The ocean view was great.

It took them 2 days to give us a 2nd bath towel, initially for 2 people we only had one. although there was a shortage of water in town it reveals a bad planning from the property. At breakfast, the food was good but there was not much variety or consistency. Some days there was fruit, some there wasn’t, same of the omelettes and pancakes. The safe was not working. If you have a light sleep you won’t be able to when there are parties in the aqua night club, it happened twice during our 5 nights stay.

Rooms and views were nice, the location is in the middle of everything. Breakfast was nice.

The walls and floors seem thin. The people walking in the room above sounded like they were river dancing. Around 10pm the AQUA hotel from across the water started a LOUD party until nearly 3am. This is not the fault of Bocas Town Hotel, but be warned, you will not sleep Thursday-Sunday if you're older. Young party types... Have a great time!

The room was very spacias, looked just like the pictures on Booking. The balcony and view was fantastic. The aircon was amazing and worked perfectly. The shower is powerful and the bathroom and bedroom are good sizes. It was kept incredibly clean and tidy. The breakfast included was very nice and the coffee was strong.

Sometimes it was difficult to contact staff as they were not always on the front desk/someone around at breakfast. However, they were somewhere nearby and when you spoke to them were helpful. The room was sometimes loud due to the hostel (club) on the island opposite and the pirate ship. However, anywhere near this hotel would have the same issue and it is of course not the hotels fault. It was not every night and not a reason to not stay here in my opinion.
