superb staff super friendly and welcoming thanks to eduardo and Alejandro they're very nice and helpful. restaurant/brekfast staff were nice and friendly too. the room was amazing very large with large bathroom. sound proofing was great even thou there's a club or it's located next to a street of bars and clubs I barely heard them and they are loud and go on until the morning. coca tea 24/7. packed breakfast if you have early tours like me around 4am. breakfast itself was healthy and complete. wifi is fast I was able to work for 3 days without a problem. if you like hot showers this hotel is for you. location is great just a block from the main plaza. you get everything you need just outside the hotel. definitely come back again.

We had a fantastic stay here. The executive suite was amazing, especially for the price point. The spa bath is huge! The included breakfast was tasty with a good range of cooked and continental options. The location was fantastic. One or two blocks from the main Plaza, it was easy to walk to everything. The staff were also amazing. We were hiking the inca trail for 4 days and they happily stored our luggage for us over that time. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and very clean! Our room faced the street, and you could hear sounds from the people outside, but the sound was quiet muffled so it wasn't too bad. Breakfast was very good and filling! Staff are very approachable and friendly. Tea in the lobby was a very nice touch when you first arrive to Cusco.

Rooms facing the street may hear some sounds from outside, but overall not too bad.

The hotel is ideally located in the middle of the city, close to the main attractions and restaurants. The entire hotel's staff was particularly nice and helpful, and also allowed us an early check-in, since our flight arrived early in the morning in Cusco. Breakfast could be a bit more varied, but it was always fresh and tasty.

Everything was great, l have no complaints about this structure.

Breakfast was simple but good. Nothing to elaborate but tasty. Location was good as it was minutes from the centre of Cuzco. Hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable and staff was very helpful.

Eventhough location was convenient, the street was a party street, so if you are looking to get a quite night to sleep on a Saturday make sure you have ear plugs :)

Great location. The hotel is just three blocks away from the town's main square Plaza de Armas, and very close to restaurants and coffee shops. Ask for a room in the back of the hotel (the blue and white building) where you get almost no noise from the street. The rooms at the front of the hotel do get some noise cause there's a nightclub nearby. Internet worked well, I was able to do zoom calls and send files.

Some of the rooms are small and don't have a view.

Quiet with a great location close to the plaza de armas. Cool weird building with covered courtyards turned in to big open rooms. Good breakfast.

Water temperature fluctuated wildly during showers and there were a few a few short power outages in the evenings. Honestly no big deals and everything was easy to deal with.

Very close to Plaza de Armas and to many other restaurants and bars. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The heater in the room was a huge plus. The pillows are so comfortable and much better than the previous 5 hotels we stayed prior during our Peru vacation

The hotel is located very close to bars and restaurants which are open early in the mornings. Some might find it disturbing but we did not care much. When the windows are closed, you can't hear much of the noise coming from the street.

The location is great. It's close to the Plaza de Armas. There are many places to eat around the hotel. The room was nice and clean. The shower in the room had a hot shower with good pressure.

Sometimes there was noise from outside until midnight
