We visited the hotel for our anniversary and it exceeded our expectations. They surprised us with an upgrade to a suite which made us really happy. The staff was always smiling and helpful- thumbs up to Guido. The restaurant and breakfast were very tasty. It was like we were living in a museum, every corner was special. The location was also very central, 2 minutes walk from the main square of Cusco. Thank you again for this wonderful stay and we look forward to come back!

A brilliant hotel in the very heart of Cusco. It is not on the cheap side but the value for money ratio is excellent. The room was very comfortable, spacious, the bathroom is fantastic, it is equipped with a massage shower. The only issue is that, although understandable due to the low season and very few guests, there was no buffet breakfast and we had to wait (for us) quite a long time for the most basic things like bread and butter and coffee. I am sure that this will be different in the high season. We would definitely go back to this hotel if we were to go to Cusco again. The staff are amazing.
Nothing.

I stayed at Aranwa Hotel in Cusco for just one night. It's a charming hotel with an antique style, though it felt a bit dark due to the curtains drawn to prevent rain. The decor seemed a little dated and could use a refresh. However, the overall experience was pleasant, with lots of care and attention from the staff. The breakfast was good, but it could be slightly improved.

The hotel itself is just a whole experience, from the exquisite breakfast to the excellent rooms, everything is done thinking about the guests , location is just a few meters from plaza de Armas Special mention and thanks to Gerard who gave us a whole class on pisco and to my dear Jose Luis who was always kind and helpful
All was perfect

Very gracious ,professional staff. Bed was very comfortable.High quality sheets and pillows.Modern ,designer -type bathroom. Two water bottles delivered to room each day, which was appreciated. Wonderful front desk staff.Rooms were large, and cleaned well. Location was the best-1 minute to the main square, yet hotel was quiet.
The wifi coverage in the room was very poor.It was better on the first floor, but never excellent.I had to go to nearby cafes for better coverage. It may be because the walls of this beautiful, restored historic building are at least a foot thick of sold rock or brick. Breakfast staff was consistently friendly, and eager to help each morning of my 7 (4+3) days I stayed in the hotel. However the menu was lacking for vegetarians. It is shameful to see cheap ,stale American cornflakes in Peru ,a country that produces a wide variety of nutritious grains. Local markets were full of different nuts and seeds and nut butters, etc. Why not offer Peru's finest?

The location is perfect as it is in the Centre of town, walking distance to everything. It’s couple minutes walk to Plaza de Armaz. The staff were amazing, they help us a lot from luggage storage to taxi service. I love the ambiance of the old house of this hotel, it shows how it was before they converted it into a hotel, they thoughtfully preserve the old times.

This was a luxury boutique hotel - our bit of proper luxury (two nights) out of a three week family holiday. Such a beautiful, comfortable place, the heated floor in the bathroom was wonderful!! We were so grateful when the staff made a great effort to allow us to check in early when we arrived in the morning, exhausted. This made a massive difference to us, and helped us enjoy our stay. The rooms were so beautiful, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the overall experience was very relaxing. We stayed for one night, then went to Machu Picchu for two nights and back again to Aranwa. There was no problem with leaving our luggage for two nights. On the final day, when we were due to check out, my son had contracted severe gastroenteritis, from Machu Picchu, just as we were about to travel again. Again, the staff were very kind and helpful, arranging for a doctor to attend, who was there within half an hour. They also allowed us to check out late, held rooms for us just in case, and really couldn't have done more. We were very grateful indeed!

The staff was amazing. Always willing to make you feel great. The breakfast was incteadible. Guido was always very helpful and he is such a nice guy.
There was no free shuttle to the airport. I stayed at a different hotel for a few days before my stay with Aranwa and they had someone picked us up and take us to the airport.

Everything about Aranwa Cusco Hotel was top notch and exceeded my expectations! The location is superb, the hotel staff is so kind and helped us with many things (taxis, covid testing upon departure, early to-go breakfast requests). They held our luggage during our 4 day hike on the Inca Trail and had our bags already waiting in rooms upon our return. The hotel is an old mansion/museum and fascinating to walk around. You will love your stay here! Oh also ... anytime I emailed the hotel ahead of our stay with questions they were very responsive and helpful!
If I had to come up with one thing, I would say that the beds were just a little firm for my personal taste. But I still slept like a rock and the pillows and sheets were super cozy.

Elegant and a splurge for us for our final night in Cusco. Excellent and kind staff as I became very sick. They allowed me a late check out at an inconvenience to their staff and I am most grateful to them for this generosity.
Everything was marvelous! Historic and many fine art pieces.
