Breakfast was very good with a good spread of fresh fruits, cook-to-order fried eggs or omelette, and a good variety of foods to choose from. The hotel is located within 5-minutes walking distance from the Inca markets selling local artisan art and craft and clothing at very reasonable prices. It is also within walking distance of the historical site at Huaca Pucllana. There are some highly rated restaurants also within walking distance of the hotel, like La Picanteria, Panchita, etc. I must add that our room was huge, albeit a triple room, and the dressing area with the mirrors and wash basins was very spacious with lots of room to put your toiletries and stuff.

The bathroom was tiny, by comparison to the rest of the room, especially the bathtub.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Britania. Very clean, very spacious room. My bed and sheets were so extremely comfortable. Kind, helpful, friendly staff. Wonderful plentiful breakfast, with again, nice staff. Beautiful and clean hotel. Quiet and peaceful as well, which I appreciate. Excellent location, centrally located in the heart of Miraflores, but just off a little side street. I am a solo traveler, and I felt very safe at the hotel and in the surrounding areas. Very walkable area. I had a wonderful stay, thank you!

Loved the location , and having a restaurant where you can easily get breakfast, lunch and dinner with high quality Peruvian options. Staff spoke English and were always so lovely. Also loved the sauna and pool a lot, the coffee machine in the lobby had phenomenal hot chocolates for a sweet treat 24/7.

Could hear people in the room next to us a little bit, and some pillows were a bit big and hard for our liking although some were smaller and softer so could have asked for more possibly and I’m sure they would have given us more smaller ones.

The personnel was friendly and made sure everything went smoothly during our trip: they kept our bags for free after we checked out, organized a dinner on the first day even if the restaurant was about to close, booked our taxis to avoid "gringo prices" and provided insights on what to visit in Lima. Apart from that, the hotel amenities are clean, the room was great and allowed for a peaceful rest after our flight!

The location is not that great, even if close to Miraflores, and there is not much to do in the neighborhood.

The hotel has an excellent location in Miraflores. The room was big and the breakfast very enjoyable. The hotel's staff provide great service and the wifi in the rooms and public areas worked perfectly.

Liked pretty much everything. If anything, then maybe the pillows could have been smaller, but it's probably my fault for not trying to get in touch with the front desk to see, if there were smaller pillows available.

Breakfast was good. Fresh fruits, good variation. super service by the staff. Location of the hotel is excellent. Walking distance to Kennedy Park. On the strip of Kennedy Park you can find Malls, shops, restaurants. You can walk to the Larcomar Mall. (15 to 20 Minutes walking). Very safe. And it's 1 minute walk to the Souvenir mall. Highly recommended!!!!

There’s a smell in the communal areas where rooms are, possibly stale smoke or similar - it’s horrible but doesn’t bleed into rooms fortunately or in reception / breakfast area WiFi could be slightly better, it’s very in and out

Staff were kind, courteous & very pleasant. The hotel was immaculate. It had a modern ambiance. The rooms felt sound proof, provided goodnights sleep. Enjoyed the hot breakfast of fresh fruits, eggs, breads, cereals, coffee & juices. Drinking water was available in lobby daily.

Shower doors did not open in both rooms; although, staff immediately responded to remedy the situation by switching to new rooms. The hot tubs did not flow any cold water only hot so unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the experience (did not want to switch rooms again). Additionally, dinner menus were only available in Spanish not english.

It has an excellent location very close to the tourist areas, accessible from the airport via the direct bus link and has a lot of food options around. Staff was superb

Only thing is that they could mention that radiators and blankets are available for cold weather if needed. I asked eventually and they provided it very quickly
