WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT OUR STAY AT EL NIDO LAGEN ISLAND! it was so organized from the airport transportation to the boat- our guide Rowell was so accommodating and informative. Rowell also did an awesome job with our tours (by the way that the reaper includes as complementary- which consist of island hoping snorkeling and lagoons)making it so much fun! Approaching Lagen island is so breathtaking. Our stay was very comfortable, clean, Serene, the food was amazing! The staff from the front desk to the servers to the chef and the managers- everyone had exceptional customer service! Very down to earth staff and super friendly!! Our stay at Lagen Island will always be one of the most memorable ones.

Everything from the property facility to the excellent staff. The activities were adventurous. Our night supervisor, Mike Sumandal, did an impromptu serenading us at our table side with the rendition of “Somewhere Over The rainbow.” He even provided us with sandwiches for our very early morning motor boat trip back to the airport. In was a memorable evening. The tour guides were excellent especially Lover. All the staff were excellent, courteous , and respectful. They were all attentive and accommodating. I love the water cottage room. No wonder the Lagen Resorts is a paradise beyond my expectations. The company we have during the tours were very nice and friendly people.

Our room refrigerator was not working even though we informed the management. Nothing was done.

Food was amazing! Loved that it was all inclusive and loved all the different varieties of food with the buffet that we could try. Breakfast I would just add maybe smoothie bowls Or acai bowls as something alternative with granola. But other than that was super nice!! The people were sooo lovely !! We absolutely LOVED our stay! The colour of the buildings are soooo nice!! We loved it . We even hiked to the beach next to hotel! So nice

Probably the only thing I could mention is that the Gym area could be a little bit bigger incase you happen to go when someone else is there can be a bit tight. But other than that was perfect.

My friend and I spent 4 nights at Lagen. The full experience was great from airport pick up (dedicated counter at airport) to the transfer to the island. The property has a great location; the rooms are well kept, the activities, the food, drinks but most of all the staff absolutely the best. One day we went to the big lagoon, we kayaked out way back to the boat, there were a few other boats, it was windy and there was current, somehow our kayak ended up under the proa of the hotel boat and with the waves we were afraid it would hit us in the head, another boat passed by so close and made more waves which made the situation more difficult, our Lagen guide didn’t hesitate to throw himself to the water to help us! we tried to find him later but this was the day before we checked out. Will anyone in the hotel help us find him? my friend and I are avid travelers, I live in UAE where hospitality has a high standard and to me El Nido Lagen is one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in my whole life! loved everyday of my holiday

Nothing about the hotel, the emailing back and forth using booking.com wasn’t the best, it didn’t flow very well, I doubted about staying at Lagen just for this, I am happy I didn’t guide myself from this initial impression.

The hotel is amazing, we stayed 4 nights at the sea cottage and it was idyllic, the resort, the activities, the staff, we felt so special and spoiled if true that Lagen is more expensive than many hotel is because is well kept, organized, you don’t have to worry about anything! just show up and enjoy!

I loved everything! but I think the gift shop has a lot of potential that could be better taken advantage of.

Amazing place with amazing staff, everyone was so kind and helping, we enjoyed our stay so much and was very sad to leave, I really want to give a huge thanks to the two bartenders Gamie and Dave, two amazing and helping guys that makes awesome cocktails and coffee, we really appreciate them!

Adding tofu options to the kitchen will be perfect.

The location and scenery was amazing and the Lagen staff was ultra professional and hospitable.

The facilities were well maintained. The wifi could have been better.

Excellent food. Stunningly gorgeous location. Incredible staff. Loved swimming, kayaking, snokling. Couldn't as for more!
