Excellent central location with just a short walk to the city square. Was perfect for being centrally located but still far from the city noise. Good breakfast that fulfilled our needs/expectations. The room was a kind of a double room with a double bed at one side and a sofa bed on the other adjacent room what was perfect for a family with two small children. Staff at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. There was a nice inner yard and also a small games room.

A but unusual that you need to ask the room to be cleaned as room service is not done by default, but not a real problem.

It was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. From start to finish, communication was great. The staff can't do enough for you whatever time of day or night. They are friendly and willing to help however they can. Breakfast had a good selection of food and hot and cold drinks. The scrambled eggs are cooked perfectly! The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room and bathroom were so clean! It had everything we needed. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to everyone wanting to go to Krakow. Location is off the main square but only a 2 minute walk or so away, which suited us. Our last day, we had an early flight, so reception pre-arranged a breakfast/packed lunch for us to take to the airport!

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel or the staff.

Good selection of fruit, fruit juice , cheese, cold meats and salad accompanied by different breads. Croissants and good coffee also available! Our breakfast set us up for the day. We also liked to see that the hotel catered very well for families. Toys and games were available for adults and children alike. There was a relaxing outdoor space to use too. Finally, a small indoor lounge area for relaxing outside your room. Really liked the ambiance when we returned after our dsy exploring.

I would like to convey appreciation to reception staff, particular a lady I think called Kasia who was very patient with me and my mother with enquiries and information. She was lovely. Also appreciated the no-room-service-unless-requested approach. But perhaps make coffee and milk refills available as well as refill bathroom products for those not requesting room service.

Some street noise at night,which I appreciate is out of control of hotel.

Very nice hotel located very close to Krakow city centre. Room was nice, comfortable and quiet (as we asked during booking). There was almost everything we needed in the room. Breakfast was tasty, buffet had quite wide selection of food, everyone can choose something for themselves. There's cozy garden located on the hotel territory, wonderful place to relax.

We were not given slippers at the beginning of our stay and we accidentally saw that maids had slippers and asked for them. Room is not cleaned daily and it is not cleaned at all unless you put 'Please clean the room' badge on the door. We haven't figured it out right away. In my opinion, at least water, cosmetics sets and tea/coffee could've been served on a daily basis. Otherwise, everything was good.

When I arrived I was greeted by an incredibly charming and polite receptionist. The hotel was very welcoming and clean. The location was perfect, close enough to the centre that you could walk there, but not so close that you were constantly affected by usual city noises. When I come back, I shall undoubtedly check availability at this hotel again first.

The hotel is close to the very centre of the city in a fairly quiet street. The room was nice, the bed was confortable, the breakfast was plenty. Everything went smoothy about check-in and check-out.

I was by a car, and again it was proven that the centre of Kraków is famously short on parking spaces. It has nothing to do with the hotel, but can still make the stay more stressful than necessary.

Perfect location close to old town, quite street. The rooms were big and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with everything you need and with some local dishes as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I could do without the carpet and the spray that the floor was scented with, specially on the reception floor.

Location : in the old town of Krakow , close (walking distance) to all the major attractions Room as well as the bathroom are a good size, clean . The hotel also has a nice lounge area and a comfortable garden where you can stay and relax.

For me the breakfast could have been better in terms of quality of the items displayed.

Breakfast good , staff very helpful and kind, room clean and bed comfortable,location perfect to go by feet everywhere, old town less then 1km. The hotel has romantic style and nice back yard - garden . Hotel organised pick up taxi from the airport. Recommend!
