Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and excellent value for money. Great location, still within the city centre but just enough out that it feels quiet. The l'Occitane toiletries in the room are a lovely touch. Spa/Sauna is also beautiful.

Not applicable to me but this hotel wouldn't have great disabled access, something to keep in mind if this applies to you. This is because the buildings are so old and wouldn't be possible to retrofit. Just one of those things to keep in mind! I feel the staff would do their best to help as much as possible in the circumstanes.

When I first came to the hotel, I had the worst cold of my life, but the staff and manager made me feel at home and did not disturb me until I felt better. My room was in the inner courtyard and it helped me to relax and get better. They all were very kind and I appreciated it. I had very good spa treatments by Gabby and that helped with my cold as well.

The kitchen seemed unfamiliar with when an American just wants black coffee with cream, not a latte with foam.

Very nice and tasty breakfast, which was served by waiters (as opposed to free selection available in most hotels). Staff was super friendly, helped us with our special request. Hotel decor and interior was beautiful, very lavish. Spa was small but relaxing and quiet, perfect for unwinding. Our room was very big, clean and comfortable.

Car access was quite confusing, until we found out you need to call the reception which sends a personnel to take the car from you at the agreed spot and park it elsewhere. Other than that, no issues!

great venue quite small lovely indoor pool and spa, upgraded to executive suite this was light spacious and generously accommodated. the venue is in a historic quarter near the castle and opposite the JPII museum a totally special visit. if your looking for a new shiny contemporary hotel this will not suit, if however you’re looking for history, chic and a character full experience with exceptionally kind staff then you will be perfectly at home in this charming hotel.

I didn’t like our first room too much not the venues fault more that I have particular requirements so nothing I personally didn’t like

Out beautifully decorated room was private, quiet, and spacious. The staff was exceptionally personable and helpful, and the spa facilities were clean and beautiful. Our craft cocktail at the par was exquisite

Our massages ( one Swedish and one deep tissue) were a disappointment. The practitioners went through the appropriate manipulations but without much presence or enough pressure. They didn't seem very practiced. The experience was pleasant, but it was definitely not therapeutic or skillful. We wouldn't recommend the massage.

I loved this hotel so much. The service was fantastic and the staff were so friendly. They all spoke English which was very helpful. I asked for help on a few things such as ordering a taxi or looking after my suitcase and nothing was any trouble for them, they were happy to help. I'd tried ordering a taxi myself and not speaking any Polish I had trouble, so this 'small' thing made such a difference. The spa is absolutely beautiful, just like in the photos - its what made me choose this hotel and I'm so glad I did. The room was great, good size, nice and clean, luxurious looking. All in all I had a great trip in Krakow and a lot of that was because of this hotel.

Literally can't name anything for them to improve upon. I wish I could have stayed there longer, that's the only downside to my stay!

Listen: It's FaBu. I so enjoyed going to the rooftop and just sitting taking it all in - so make that a point. It's a special place in a special city. The spa is a DREAM, it was empty (better for me, but still) and I couldn't understand why (except the city has so much to do and see it's hard to fit it all in). When I say dream I mean it - it's so dreamy. The champagne vault was a nice touch with the display of Billecart-Salmon - I mean, this place was designed for folks like me. Regrettably, I did not eat at the restaurant and I know it was my mistake; next time I will make it a priority. Every day I passed the tables and very gently stared at the plates - they looked like edible pieces of art. The room was fantastic: sheets, pillows, comfortable temperature, hot water: all of it. We upgraded AND we stayed two extra nights because we found Krakow to be so enchanting and the hotel so nice. 1. make a spa for everyone you won't regret it. 2. go to the rooftop alone or with someone just go. 3. reserve a table Enjoy Krakow and the Polish people because I found that they, too, were dreamy.

It's hard to be critical and I don't see the use for a raving review without some criticism so, digging deep, I'd say, maybe a little more attention to the entryway and lighting the candles at night?

Beautiful rooms and in the most perfect location. So close to Wawel castle and felt completely comfortable walking the area in the evening alone. Staff were wonderful. beds were super comfy

The food was not to my taste. I am a very picky eater and the food was too adventurous for me. Also not much of a room service menu.

Location was excellent, just by the Wawel castle and an easy stroll into both the Old town and Kazimierz

The breakfast staff were very young and perhaps because of the language barrier seemed a little curt. They were still attentive though.

Breakfast was great. Bed very comfortable. Peace and quiet. Good shower. Great under floor heating very welcome in January.

Porter communication poor. Our car for the airport had been sitting for 30 minutes with all parties ready in the lobby. We were not told it was there.
