The apartment was lovely. Well located, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Lots of good facilities in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker. Really nice touches of bottles of water, sweets, tea, coffee, and salt/pepper/oil left. The beds were super comfortable, and we all had good sleep. I was there with family for a big birthday, and we were able to celebrate in some of the delicious restaurants nearby. The tram stop is only about 5 mins walk, and the Old Town Square is about the same. We couldn’t have been better situated. There was ample seating for everyone to be comfortable, good amount of cupboard/wardrobe space (and hangers!), with great little dressing tables/desks in each room. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with coffee. 🥰

The only thing is that the shower sprays all over the bathroom, and we’d echo other reviews that the addition of a shower screen/curtain would be a really good addition. There was a really noisy party in the apartment across the hall one night (not the company’s fault at all - the people were breaking all the rules of the hire by having a lot of people there until after 04:00), and we didn’t have a direct phone number to contact the office, as they wouldn’t be quiet, even when we went and asked them at 03:30. I think being able to contact the office directly by phone out of hours would have been useful - but I would stress again that it’s not their fault. (It was the 25 drunken idiots having the party!!)

The shower is extremely frustrating. If standup shower is important to you, look elsewhere. But for a few days, it’s fine because otherwise the apartment is amazing.

The bath, although a stunning centrepiece in the bathroom, was unpractical for showering in and stepping in and out felt unsafe.

We were not given any bath mats and the bath is very shallow. There were 6 of us staying in the apartment and we did not have times for baths however the bathroom floor got very wet with the shower despite our best efforts. We were kindly provided with a bath mat after calling Loft Affair but it did little to dry the floor. There was no window/ air vent or heating in the bathroom so the floor stayed wet throughout our stay. Little bit of a safety hazard! There were no cloth hand towels and only a few paper towels provided. No washing up liquid or sponge/brush and only one dishwasher tablet but we were given a few more dishwasher tablets upon request.

The apartment was a very good size and very light and airy. It was stylishly decorated and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there were extra pillows and a blanket and it was useful having the second toilet with several people staying.

It was a great apartment. The only issue we had was that we couldn't open the key lockbox but we phoned the office and they gave us a new number so it didn't take long to get in.

It is a beautiful apartment. The location is excellent with restaurants and bars nearby. Its a short walk to the main attractions and shopping. We were never get the tvs to work, and the washing machine was difficult to use, but the apartment was stocked with coffee, tea and water. As everyone commented, the shower sprayed water everywhere. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were lumpy. We would stay here again.

The lift only went as far as third floor so I did have to climb stairs. The photos showed a walk in / cubicle shower but there was a bath which I was unable to get into .the left luggage was too far away for me to walk late check out wasn’t available

Great location and a lovely apartment. However, the lack of a shower (even though we were aware of it) makes it quite difficult for a group of people. The kitchen equipment is minimal and would definitely benefit from a few extra items. Please also ask your cleaner to vacuum between sofa cushions - fortunately, we didn't have to use the living room sofa bed, but it could have been cleaner. We are being pedantic, but hopefully this information will help you make your apartment excellent.

The place was in such a good location, only a few minutes walk from the centre. The directions and instructions provided were really easy to follow. The place itself was clean, stylish, well equipped and perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of space and the beds were super comfy. We used the sofa bed too to allow some of our party their own bed, and it was very comfy and large too. Plenty of towels provided too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The only thing I would be clear about on your listing for this apartment is that when it says a bath, that means ONLY a bath. There was a shower head fixed to the bath but it was a handheld, so we all had to have baths or shower-baths, because there is no standing shower. I would definitely suggest making that clear. The bath was very nice though so we were ok with it, but just to be clear. Also the fire didn't work, we did ask for someone to come and look at it which they said they would the following morning but I don't know if they did because they never followed up and it still didn't work after that.

it was beautiful and spacious and very central. Would not be suitable for an elderly person who would have difficulty in getting in and out of the bath to shower and for our trip. Unfortunately they had forgotten to put up the curtains so this is something that went to check on the first day equally the Internet password was not that was on the table so look out for that but otherwise it was one of the best places I’ve stayed in the decor is particularly nice
