Great location - all the advantages of living in the heart of the old town. The apartment is cozy with very spacious main room. All the needed appliances are there.

One bedroom has no windows - a bit challenging during hot summer nights. Bath amenities are not provided - don't forget to bring your favourite shower gel or shampoo! The AC is not installed but there are plenty of fans in the apartment. The two smaller bedrooms are pretty compact but for us it was not a problem. The apartment is approached only on foot because it is in the pedestrian area - keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage. Parking needs to be booked way in advance - central Krakow does not have a lot of parking lots. Parking around the area is 50-60 PLN a day.

i loved the property , it was set up well and amazing value for money. the staff on check in was really amazing , they described the check in process in polish and in english which is amazing , they was really helpful and gave lots of good advice.

we got told check out was at 11am , so we was getting ready and was going to leave at 11 due to our train being at 12 we didn’t want to be sat in the train station for ages when the weather was cold. at 10:30 the cleaner walked in our apartment and basically told us to leave , this was not acceptable. i work in the hotel industry and am a manger , this is highly unacceptable, and not okay, it is a shame , and should not happen again , if check out is 11 we should not be kicked out at 10:30 !

No recycling available We arrived in the middle of the night, there were quite convoluted intructions to get to the apartment, which were initially ok to pick up the key but could have been clearer to point out that the apartment was in a different building down the street.

The apartment was spacious and perfectly equipped. The location was fab, literally on one of the corner streets of the main square. The apartment was warm, so coming in out of the snow was lovely. Very clean when we arrived and was well equipped with everything we needed including bed linen, towels, cutlery and plates. Perfect spot for exploring the city. Price was a bargin for location and apartment itself

We arrived at the check in time of 3 o clock but the room was not ready and they said the room would be ready in 30 mins and would call me when ready so dropped off our bags we went for a walk a bite to eat. Room was only ready an hour 20 minutes later. When we arrived the wifi box was switched off so we spent ages trying to connect before we figured out the box was switched off so it would have been good to know to switch it on because it was not something you would think of straight away. Both very minor things and everything else was perfect

Nice location, in the city center, comfortable beds, quite clean, good value for money.

very old and used towels. very basic kitchen,no kitchen cloth.the shower head needs some cleaning/ disinfection.

Absolute center. Alive reception with 2 ladies (many other appartmnets don't have such ones). Good suuport (I asked for 3 deep plates and after 2 hours I got it). Clean and soft beds. Microwave oven, electric oven,,,,,all you need for short/long stay. There is a lugage room at the reception where you can leave your bags before check in 15-00 and check out 11-00. You don't need to pay for it

Old antique building :) It means no lift and steep stairs. Please be carefull if you have heavy baggage

Location was great within walking distance of the train station, the old market and on the same street as main bars and clubs. People have reviewed this as being noisy but the windows kept it barely noticeable. The apartment was lovely and great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Part of the apartment seemed a bit dusty (mainly on the walls) but as there was original brickwork I imagine its hard to clean. It set off my partner sneezing after a night but only stayed the weekend so wasn't too bad. Overall the place was clean

We were in an apartment a couple of buildings away from the address on the booking. The apartment was modern, clean and very comfortable. The staff in the office were very helpful. Location is great, a 2 min walk if even to the square. Lots of great restaurants and pubs on the apartments doorstep.

Something stupid I know but the pillows weren't great. One pillow each and they were flat/soft like a duvet. But I suppose that's personal preference. Honestly probably being too picky as it was a great apartment.

The location and the view were amazing!! loved the size of the apartment, and that it had a fan!! it was very needed at night. the beds were comfortable, and the whole apartment was very clean.

The shower was ridiculous small. my least favourite were the curtains!! they were a serious mistake - covered half of each window!! there was not even one tea towel in the kitchen, and the kitchen was poorly equipped. I didn't like the lift, but it did work, so that was helpful.

The matrasses behaved like water beds, pretty uncomfortable. You have to pick up the keys from the reception, which is in another location (not very far, yet), The garage where you can leave the car (for 60 zl) is also kind of far away and uncomfortable to reach with a big luggage, and the places are not marked as reserved for this specific accommodation, so can be used by everybody else (for instance, we found on our place another car, so we where obliged to take the next place available in the table we received, even that place was reserved for another car, that took the next place available, and so on).
