The room was very clean, very large and well appointed. Dressing table area, seating area with coffee table, dressing area with wardrobe and full length mirror. The bed was very comfortable and large with power and USB points to both sides. Tea and coffee area was fully stocked as was the coffee machine. There was a fridge containing the minibar but plenty of room in there for your own drinks and snacks too. The shower room was very clean and large with a walk in shower. There were two shower heads, one waterfall and the other hand held which was handy if you didn’t want to wash your hair every day! The breakfast was a cold continental buffet style and they would cook you a selection of hot food too, we had cheese omelettes one day and pancakes, fruit and whipped cream another day! This is a super hotel. It's located within the old city centre within walking distance of all the main centre sites and within walking distance of the main train station and trams. It's a brand-new hotel within an original old town building. Consequently everything within the hotel is brand new. My room and ensuite shower room were both of a good size. The bedroom had a large very comfortable bed, a large flat screen television, a mini- bar, clothes closet, safe, tea and coffee making facilities and a cleverly built-in extendable ironing board and full size steam iron. The shower room had a large walk-in shower with rainfall shower fitting, a large sink and mirror and a WC with a built in bidet, something I've never seen before. The shower room also had under floor heating. I only had breakfast once as I was meeting my son in the mornings, but there was plenty of variety, everything very fresh with hot items cooked to order. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, and when I just couldn't find the button to turn on the air-conditioning, the receptionist kindly came up to my room to show me how to do it - it was easy and I felt very silly, but she was very good about it! This Is a great place to stay if visiting Krakow and the hotel would be definitely my first choice if I am lucky enough to teturn.

A small, quiet, individual, conveniently located hotel within Stare Miasto (the old town) not far from the Rynek (main square). The room we stayed in was on the ground floor close to reception but still quiet and comfortable despite the snow and low outside temperatures! The hotel features a wealth of exposed brickwork with imaginative design. Breakfast daily was broadly from the same selection but there was a varied and wide choice to suit your taste. The staff were great - very welcoming and accommodating to everything we asked of them. Would unhesitatingly stay here again! 😀

All in all, great hotel! The location was perfect, the room was huge, and very well decorated with an amazing window on the roof which allowed great natural light. It was really close to a very nice church and the national theatre and only 4-5 mins walk to the central square.

Some small complaints: *You need to pay at the beginning of the stay which was a bit unusual - maybe because it was done through booking? *Closet room was a bit small, not that it mattered too much for me *Water pressure in the shower could be a bit stronger

This is a lovely hotel, situated in a quiet street but very close to Krakow’s old town, as well as the main rail/bus stations The rooms are finished to an exceptional standard, and overall it oozes quality. The breakfasts are really excellent, with a wide choice and items such as eggs, pancakes etc cooked to order. The staff were great too - special mention to Paulina who recommended a couple of fab beer gardens. One of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Krakow was amazing too.

Hotel Teatr is faultless.

A lovely hotel in a fabulous location. Looked to have recently been refurbished and so was to an excellent quality. In a quiet street on the edge of the wooded walk area which boundaries the old town. An easy walk from the train station to easily get you into the city from the airport. All of the attractions are easily walkable from the hotel. The reception staff were freindly and efficient. The breakfast was ideal and good quality. Simply a great place to stay!

Found this hotel on Booking at the last minute and glad we did as it really was an excellent place to stay. Not long opened after a long renovation (think it used to be a church), the room we got was very large and so was the bathroom. Very important for us is good air condition and the unit in the room was first class. Bathroom with the huge shower room was equally as good. Breakfast was also ideal with staff there making fresh scrambled eggs as required. Hotel is in a great location too and within walking distance of all the central attractions in Krakow. 10 minutes to the main square and about the same to the huge mall. Next time we visit Krakow, this is certainly the hotel we will choose.

Absolutely nothing.

Beautiful blend of modern design in a historic building. The furniture and fixtures were modern while preserving brick and timber inside the rooms. The breakfast was delicious. I really liked the combination of fresh hot food made to order along with the cold buffet. I was impressed by the tea selection! I was traveling for leisure but had a little work to do each day. The desk in the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for me- near the tram line and convenient for exploring the old town.

Location was superb, Staff friendly.

Breakfast buffet was varied but none of the dairy items were chilled! Depending on your preference for dining at breakfast the items could be warm therefore not as appetising by the time you were eating. For reference I asked for a different flavour yogurt which was accomodated and chilled as it came straight from the fridge

The hotel was very well located, only a walk away from everything. The hotel is very modern and facilities were very good. Staff were also very polite and obliging.

The breakfast selection is a bit limited. The staff do cook pancakes & omelettes which are really nice. The sauna needs to be turned on 2 hours in advance in order to use it, which unfortunately we weren't informed until trying to book it.
