I cannot fault this hotel at all. From the moment we arrived the quality of the hotel was evident! We arrived around 23:00 and the reception staff were welcoming, informative and spoke excellent English. This continued with all hotel staff we interacted with throughout our stay. Our room was on the 4th floor, spotlessly clean, well-appointed and warm. There is bottled water in the room, sparkling and still, free of charge. The shower was hot and powerful, and there were plenty of towels for two people. Plenty of storage for clothes if you're someone who unpacks your case. Checkout was 12:00 and we were able to leave our cases with reception until we left for the airport around 18:00. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, as we prefer to explore and try different places. The hotel is 60 seconds walk to the main old town square, and is perfectly placed for exploring further across Krakow with the tram network etc. The hotel is 5 minute's walk from the Krakow Galleria (a shopping centre/mall). Will 110% stay here again when visiting, cannot find a single fault with our stay!

The hotel is located in the Old Town, which is very convenient for a short tourist stay. All main attractions are within walking distance. The room was large and comfortable, the bed was comfy, and the bath was clean and well-equipped.

If you need parking, you should be careful. The hotel has no own parking. The hotel booked the private parking nearby, but the hotel team did not know (inform) about the conditions of the parking. As a result, I had to pay twice more than expected (advertised by the hotel). The issue was that I paid by card and when leaving the parking, while the cheaper payment is available only for cash and in the case of pre-payment.

Amazing location, in the center of the main landmarks! The staff was very helpful, nice and friendly. Delicious breakfast. Clean, comfortable, and spacious room. Wonderful stay!

Location is perfect - very close to еру main Rynok square, shopping and everything. Breakfast was very good. Personnel was nice and kind, allowed us to check-out a little later due to the situation. Thank you!

The only "but" in my impression of the hotel was a woman at the reception when we arrived - she saw our passports of Ukraine and immediately began to speak in russian. I did not ask for it, I understand Polish very well and can speak English. She switched to English only after I started speaking English. I do not think that in the current situation of the russian war it is appropriate for the hotel to promote russian as a language of communication, especially in Poland, which helps Ukraine so much. Maybe at the request of some guests it's ok when it is the only possible way of communication, but I was upset. Anyway I am glad that it was the only negative moment during our stay in the hotel. also slippers in the room would be nice :-)

Great location at the heart of the city, wonderful staff. They tried to increase the quality of your stay with their recommendations and candid attitude throughout our stay. During our stay, we had an issue with the police due to parking in prohibited area after permitted hours (totally our fault, nothing to do with the hotel), and we asked for the hotel personnel's help for us to resolve the issue by paying the ticket and get removed the blocker on the tier placed by the police (police do not speak English, we tried on the phone first). The lady at the reception called the police to make things clear and even came to the location that we had parked our car and waited with us until the police patrol showed up and assisted us with all the legal proceedings following (documentations and paying for the ticket). She was genuinely caring the issue even though it has nothing to do with the hotel. We will stay this hotel every time we come to the city just because they fully understand that nowadays, accommodation is not only about renting the room but to do what is necessary to help your visitors create a good memory about the place / city during their stay. And they achieved that by helping us out at the time of need! Highly recommended!

Breakfast was excellent! Even though H12 is a small hotel the choice of food was excellent! Everything was fresh and very tasty including scrambled eggs, bread, hot sausages, Polish traditional food, yogurts, cereal, croissants and much more.

There was nothing i did not like. The only small points which will improve the stay even more would be the following: adding curtains in the shower so the water would not splash around during shower, somewhere to hang the hand towel next to the bathroom basin and maybe a non slip mat in the bath. But these are small points and it did not affect my experience in the hotel.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff was really friendly. The room is clean and the location is superb.

Only thing that was a bit disappointing is the WIFI in room 505, it was constantly disconnecting our device due to low signal.

The bedroom was clean, spacious and quiet. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Fridge. Slippers. Body/hand/hair wash and body lotion in the bathroom. Television. Staff were very pleasant and Reception staff spoke English. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty - ham, cheese, salads, sausages, eggs, fruit, yoghurt, breads, pastries, cake, juice, tea, coffee, jams, honey, Nutella. The hotel is a five minute stroll from the Main Square. It is located 1 km from Kraków Główny (the Main Railway station) which is beside (and under) a huge shopping centre (Galeria Krakowska). There is no bar in the hotel but there are plenty of bars in the Main Square and the streets around it. This wasn't a problem. We left our bags at Reception on the last day and collected them when we were leaving.
