I recently had a delightful stay at this apartment. The rooms are clean and modern, creating a comfortable atmosphere. With a 24-hour open reception, the staff is professional and attentive. I appreciate a member of the team named "Joanna" for their proactive approach. Following my previous review expressing a concern, they promptly called me to discuss and resolve the situation. It's reassuring to know that they value guest feedback and take steps to ensure a positive experience. Highly recommended!

The receptionist JOANNA was very nice and helpful with us.. She helped us a lot in calling taxis and directing them to the place we wanted to go or return .. also help us take the luggage to the car.. thank you very much, JOANNA Also, i like the safety in the hotel where we left our luggage for two days in the rooms and headed to Zakopane.

I didn't like the cleaning service in general, the bathroom especially the shower was not clean at all, there was mold on the walls and edges, I think they only mop the floors and don't use soap or clorox to sanitary. Also, room service was once every 7 days. Otherwise, we should pay 120 zlotys per day if we want them to clean the rooms. They don't even accept to change the bathroom rugs, and we have to take the garbage ourselves outside the building.

The Aparthotel is only a few hundred meters away from the old town, I would say 10 min by foot. There is also the big shopping centre Galeria in walking distance. The whole building is very new and has a modern look. The rooms as well the bathroom were very clean. Kitchen had all the necessary utilities. Recpetion is 24/7 and if you have any troubles the young ladies always tried to help you out. There was also a parking garage which was quite convenient. All in all would recommend.

There is a lack of power outlets as well as bed lamps next to the bed. And on one side of the bed there was no bedside cabinet. Also, the ventilation system in the bathroom did not seem to work (or working very poorly). Going outside/inside the parking garage only possible with contacting the reception beforehand. One evening no WiFi (was fixed by the next day). Some ladies at the reception had kind of a bad mood (maybe too tired).

Very comfortable and clean modern apartment approx. 10-15 minutes' walk from Krakow's town hall square, there is also a tram stop nearby. It is possible to park in the underground garage of the hotel for an additional fee (about 20.-/day). Even a 5.4m long and slightly less than 2m high van could fit in the garage. Be aware that this was also the max height that could fit inside. The administrator enters your phone number into the system, after which you can open the garage door yourself with a phone call. The kitchen of the apartment contained the necessary dishes for cooking. There was also a washing machine, iron, hair dryer and even a hair straightener. A few capsules were left for laundry and dishwashing.

Location is perfect, close to the tram station, and you are not disturbed by noise. There is a view to trees, although not stunning. The superior studio is spacious and has all needed facilities. The garage is spacious and easy to enter and leave (gate opens by calling a phone nr). The flat is equipped for start(towels, toilet paper, tablets for a dishwasher ) Informatively, the room is not serviced, only upon request. Which is fine. The crew is polite.

I think it could be explain at the arrivals that rooms are cleaned upon request. We had to ask for clarification. The towels could be offered after 2-3 days for free, without need to pay.

This aparthotel is EXCELLENT! It is very well located - about a 15- 20 min walk into old town. It is in the city centre, through Krakow is a small city. very safe, very comfortable apartments. The 2 bedroom apartment was way better than the studio apartment that we had booked for my parents. Good amenities, pots and pans, and towels and the best part was the washing machine. Made things so convenient! Ferment wine bar is on the ground floor and it is AWESOME! If you go there, do ask for Martha, she is fabulous. And if you do that, please say hi to her from Jenna (India)!

I was like the rooms. And it was very central location. And the bed was good.

It was not so very silence the room we had. Because 2-3 days they was renowate another room. And they start with a drill in the morning. But i gess this is something we from Norway dont like.But in a country like Poland its maybee normal to do it the way they do it.

The location is good, there is a parking garage (extra payment). There is a washing machine (no dryer, but you can hang the wet clothes on a rack), the room comes with one washing soap capsule), dishwasher (with 2 capsules)

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, two adults and two kids. The room was too small to accommodate our family. I would not recommend this type of apartment for four people, it is too small... for two it will be fine. The bed was not that confutable ...

A large cozy room has everything you need to live in a foreign city. There are even little things like a hair straightener and a shoe sponge. That is, the owners of the hotel have provided for absolutely everything. Very comfortable bed. Pillows are of the highest category. It seems that they specially buy new ones for each guest, they are so airy and clean. Еxcellent location - about 7 minutes to the station, also within walking distance of all the attractions. Round-the-clock reception, no extra charge. I once checked in at 3 a.m. and was greeted very warmly. Attentive, polite staff. Coffee, tea, water are available in the room. Breakfast can be ordered in the room. In general, I don't even know how they manage to be so perfect in all respects. Highly recommend!

A large , spotlessly clean apartment , it had 2 bathrooms , a washer / dryer , coffee machine , streaming service - Netflix . The apartment had everything we needed & more .The reception staff were very friendly & helpful. They’re a great little cafe next door for breakfast . It took approx 8 mins to walk to the main square . I would highly recommend . Check out was 11am but we were able to store our luggage whilst we had breakfast . Great value for money in Karkow .

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like . Everything was perfect as per the excellent reviews this place has .
