Great location, close to the city center. Welcoming and friendly staff. The fact that we could leave our luggage before the check-in time and after checkout was a big plus. The room was specious. The beds were comfortable. There was a coffee machine and a kettle in our room. We received additional coffee and tea bags without any extra charge, which isn't always the case.

There was a problem with breakfast. There was little to no food and we had to wait for some items for a long time. Also the tables were not being cleaned, so we had to ask for a table to be cleaned before we could eat. At first we thought that it was a one-off event, however after reading some comments it clearly wasn't. The staff is clearly trying their best, however there aren't enough of them to provide a good service.

Really spacious room, comfy bed and fantastic location. Wasn't noisy considering how central it was. Were able to leave bags behind reception before and after check out on our first + last day which was extremely helpful. Fridge, coffee maker etc all provided in the room which is great.

The staff were not always present on reception which was slightly inconvenient but always turned up reasonably quickly (within 10-15 minutes). Room wasn't 100% clean - dust on skirting boards and in corners of rooms but all the bits that really matter like bedding and towels were clean. The shower was broken so the head of the shower didn't hold up but the water pressure and heat was fine.

The shower head on the ceiling, if you stand underneath it, it sprays water outside the shower so the bathroom floor gets wetter unintentionally so you have to place a bunch of towels down. The safe didn’t work either, luckily my expensive items were safe

Comfy beds, modern rooms, staff friendly

No matress protector on beds only thin loose sheet.. One lumpy pillow given each.. sofa bed was very hard. Booked 3 deluxe rooms 2 were very small compared to the 3rd one.

The location is just perfect - very close to thw old city The stuff is friendly and helpful The room is clean and cosy ( you can actually cook if you want - you have everything for this) You can order breakfast separately. It was very good. The price is good.

The location is amazing - walking distance to the Old Town Square, main railway station and a big shopping center. We stayed in a triple family room for three nights. The furniture is modern and stylish, the beds super comfortable. Our room as well as common areas were very clean. The staff was very helpful and replied fast to our questions on WhatsApp. They even gave us recommendations such as where to exchange money, etc. The self check-in was easy and convenient. We'll definitely be staying there again whenever we return to beautiful Kraków. :)

After JET 2 cancelled our holiday we needed accommodation fast and this room was available. After a stressful day, it was nice to have a nice shower and sleep. The room was very spacious, well lit and all the facilities we needed at the time. The only thing I'd say is that if it wasn't for another English couple, we wouldn't have been able gain access and call the mobile number on the desk as the front door was locked. The number at the front, didnt work but I don't know if that was to do with my phone/roaming but once we managed get of someone on the phone, he provided me with the details we needed to enter our room. We would have stayed longer if rooms had been available. Oh and the coffee machine was a lovely treat too!

Location very very close to the train station, has a nice reception that's open till 5pm. They give you a code for your room and wifi. The room is like a typical hotel room - plush, big, cozy and has all amenities you would expect from a room in this price (we paid EUR50/night). Has a decent wifi and shower was clean. Also has a breakfast buffet if you want to opt for it.

Location - Though very close to the station, its a little far from city center if you are a tourist seeking all the bars, restaurants, pubs etc. Television - Was ages old and even the volume button was not functioning. Take your laptop if you want binge something at night.

Apartments in a good location to the city in a quiet street only 5 mins to the shopping centre and train station and a 15 minute walk to krakow old town.

Reception could be open for longer.
