The young lady at front desk warmly greeted me with Polish cherry vodka and coffee, and advised me on to-do/see in the neighborhood and Krakow. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious with high ceilings, and everything was exactly as photos on webpage. Hotel was about 10 min. walk from central station, and my room was quiet even it's right beside a street with traffic. Breakfast was sufficient with many choices.

Beautiful residence, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located on a quiet street, the rooms facing the back of the hotel benefit from very large balconies. The room is large, the bathroom is large and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare everything you want in case of need. The hotel staff is very kind, very helpful with many useful tips. Car parking: PLN 40/day at a nearby parking lot, but must be announced in advance at the hotel, or paid street parking PLN 50/day. Nearby: central train station, bus station, Krakow Galleries, city center. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - just a short walk to Old Town, the train station, and the mall. It was also well-connected to other parts of the city, making it easy to explore. The room was much more spacious than we expected, and despite the chilly weather outside, it was warm and cozy inside. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was very polite and accommodating, even allowing us to check in earlier than expected. The breakfast was a highlight of our stay - it was delicious and varied every day, making it a great way to start the day. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The reception was very pleasant, they took cared the check-in while we were waiting with a drink served. The rooms and inside facilities were more than we hope for, and was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The hotel is located in a very quiet and safe street, walkable to the city public transportation. The breakfast was not excellent but was very nice. has a nice courtyard for relaxing.

You need a strength or help to bring your luggage up as no elevator available. You may also need to arrange your own transportation if you are not willing to take a 10-15 minutes walk to the oldtown area.

. - Doors to the room won't stop any noise from the corridor - To me personally, a breakfast is all about bakery products (both savoury and sweet). Unfortunately the whole selection of bread was the poor-quality-supermarket-kind one, which I gave up eating years ago and the selection of sweet bakery products was, again, cookies/gingerbreads straight from a plastic bag (there was a cake and pancakes once to somewhat compensate for that). I'd happily take breakfasts next time if this wasn't a thing.

The room (apartment really) was huge, clean and quiet. Topolowa Residence is a short walk from the train station (if you take the tunnel exit heading for the coach station). It is on a quiet street a 15 minute (approx) walk from the old town, it is also walking distance (or 4 tram stops) from the Tauron Arena. The team were charming and very helpful. Breakfast was astoundingly good for such a small place; lots of fresh fruit, vegs. cheeses, breads, yoghurts etc and eggs cooked to order and coffee from a "proper" barista machine.

To make this place perfect we suggest that they to switch from individual shampoo, soaps, etc to refillable containers to eliminate the single use plastics.

The staff are very helpful and friendly and go the extra mile eg we were given a better room when they couldn’t provide us with single beds, provided ad hoc things like fresh milk for coffee when requested. Gave us a welcome coffee and polish vodka. The host who met us suggested what to see and where to eat etc Breakfast has lots of continental choices and a few cooked egg options. Offered shower in evening before we left for airport. It was great to have a lounge area so we could rest after a day out.

I like poached eggs and only fried/scrambled available, but not a deal breaker! The satellite TV options were mainly Polish and German. Sky news in English available in breakfast area. Again not a big deal but nice to watch something in own language after a hard day sight seeing.

Everything. Very nice, quiet and cozy place. 15 minutes walk from old town. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was huge. Very clean and well equipped. We also took a breakfast which is tasty and diverse. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Provided all our requests. On the last day we had to leave at night so we missed the last breakfast but an awesome hotel's team had provided us with lunch boxes. Definitely it's a place to come back and stay again

Great hotel located just outside of the city center, with about 10-15 minutes to walk. Public transport with the trams were also easy to figure out with an app recommended by the staff. All of the staff were extremely friendly, and the interior of the hotel made for a cosy and nice place to stay. Great breakfeast and definitely one of the better hotels we have stayed. All in all a great expereince.

Nothing to complain about.

We loved it! Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the one working on afternoon. We got a lot of helpful informations about Krakow and about what to see/visit. We came by the bus in the morning and they let us use the room more than 6 hours prior to the check in. The apartment is very big, cozy and comfortable. It also have a Nespresso coffee machine, various different teas and a bathtub. Breakfasts are also ok. The apartment is located a few minutes from the bus station and 10 mins from the city center. At the check out we got a sparkling wine and some chocolates since it was the new years day. To sum it up, the stuff really goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. :)
