Great location, literally 1 minute from the bus station and train station. Nice, clean room. Very affordable.

Everything was fine, but the neighbours were quite noisy at night, so my sleep was interrupted. I guess that many of the guests are using this hotel when they travel and need to spend a night somewhere until the next transfer, and of course some of these transfers will be in the middle of the night. Other than that, I had a positive experience.

Excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the railway and bus stations. All the main tourist attractions are within walking distance. Affordable , clean and comfortable rooms. Nice packed breakfast can be delivered to your room for extra fee. The checkout is quite early but there is a baggage room where you can leave your luggage.

Too many steps and no lifts which can be a problem for the elderly or those travelling with heavy cases.

Close to the railway station. Apartment was very clean. Notice that check out time is until 10 am, but you can leave you bags in storage room after check out and you can take a shower on the last floor (which I was not told in advance) in case you have a late train. There is also a kettle and coffee, tea, sugar which is a nice bonus.

I loved the location, as I had to travel the next day with the bus and it's super close to the bus station! It's literally one minute away from the central bus station! I also loved the bed and the bathroom which was really spacious!

I didn't like the fact that my curtain was a bit short so I could see the courtyard through my window, which was a common area and also that the door of my room was a bit loose...

We stay at Station Aparthotel every time we transit through Krakow. Excellent location a stone's throw from the train station. Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Optimal price-quality ratio. This time we were given a very spacious and comfortable room, special thanks for that. We will stay here in the future and highly recommend.

Everything was great

Superb location. We walked around the station and Galleria looking for the hotel. However, when we walked out of the hotel again, there was actually a station exit 30m away!! Don’t rely on Google map!! Very good value for money.

Can’t expect too much for this price. Well, don’t expect much for the food.

The hotel was next to the main train station and 10 minutes walk from the main square. It was cheap and cheerful. Bar next door which served food. Coffee stall over the road, shop within 1 minute walk. Ideal if you are travelling as the train station is next door. I would stay again.

Accidentally booked wrong dates, team kindly accepted last minute corrections. Also accepted early checkin, so that in the end I had no dead time, and could catch up on sleep. Friend.y staff helped with the luggage, too.

Small room not great for longer stays, no telephone in room. Luckily I only needed to sleep. ^^

Spent a night here before an early flight. Central location, great for a brief stay. You get what you pay for. If you don't fancy a nice hotel, this will do for a night. Very straight-forward check-in service.

The bed and pillow could have been comfier. It was a cold night out and, unfortunately, you could feel it in the room.

Exceptional location and value for money. The staff was friendly and the room, though simple, was clean and comfortable

The area between the reception and the rooms was not ideal in winter and no elevators. But there is little you can do about these. Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations
