Loved everything about this fabulous property, just a 5 minute walk from the main train and bus station and shopping mall. Room was immaculate and the food in the restaurant was superb. Helpful, friendly staff in all departments of the hotel. Thank you Sky Hotel. I will be back soon!

Very good location. The rooms were also very new. Compared to other hotels, the price is really good. Even though it says 4 star hotel, it felt like a 5 star hotel. Air condition was really good in our room. The staff was also very polite.

The door could need some more sound proofing, as we could sometimes hear outdoor noise from the corridor.

Excellent hotel, with premium services and perfect location. The room was large and cosy, very clean and newly renovated. Large parking behind the hotel at good prices was certainly a plus. We also appreciated very much the support from the reception employees with the organization of the trips to Auschwitz and Salt Mines. The trips were organized by Krakow Direct agency, very professional. We were lucky to go to the Auschwitz trip with a guide & driver named Michael. He was very helpful, dedicated but also friendly and passionate about his job. I highly recommend these trips for everyone in the Krakow area.

the hotel is extremely clean and the location is excellent- just about 5 minutes walk from the old town main entrance. the Krakow gallery mall is across the road. our room was large and the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom was perfect. The breakfast was great. The distance from the airport is app 30 min drive.

The hotel is located on the main road, public and private transport are just under your windows. I must admit that the noise from the street is not too bad, if you are not too sensitive to the noise (like my husband 😊). however if you are sensitive (like I am), you might suffer from the noise starting from 6am.

I had one of the best hotel experiences in my life here at the Sky Hotel Krakow. On arrival, I was greeted by extremely friendly and helpful staff. My room was clean and modern. It was spotless. I was so grateful for the bottles of water, coffee, tea and little biscuits. It was the perfect reward after a long day of travelling. Breakfast was a delight and I really appreciated all the options and choices. I was spoilt for choice. The breakfast staff were friendly and cheerful. My room was cleaned daily and it was spotless. The cleaners do a thorough job. I am truly grateful for having the opportunity to stay here and cannot recommend this place enough. The location is perfect. It's close to the train station and about a 10 min walk to the old town. It's a great location to stay. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay at the hotel memorable. I highly recommend you book this hotel for your stay in Krakow.

Great location - centric, but not loud. Lovely staff - very helpful since we had several questions and some additional requests, all of which were dealt with. Very clean. Overall - a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

The only thing we had issue with was the shower head - it was attached to the bathtub as opposed to the wall, and it was not possible to change its height, making it very tricky to use. It was strange since there was room on the bathroom wall to attach shower head there, but there was no shower arm. Also, it would have been nice to have slippers in the room,especially since all rooms are carpeted.

I already left a review with all the pluses, so I'm just going to add some of the stuff I have forgotten to mention: - breakfast is unbelievably tasty (not a huge variety of things, but everything tastes wonderful) - the hairdryer is insane, it works very well and dries even the thickest hair really fast - the staff is not just friendly and welcoming, they are very warm and at the same time very professional - a small fridge in the room - a SMART TV (not just a big TV with a bunch of polish channels 😅) - heated flooring in the bathroom - fair price - our room was supposed to be a twin room, but they offered to change it to a single queen bed (which was very kind of them) Basically, the hotel is really focused on making your stay amazing. It's the second time (in one trip 😅) that we stayed at Sky Hotel, and we're definitely coming back again!

The only thing that could make the hotel even better is a pool 😂

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sky Hotel Kraków and I must say, it was an absolutely excellent experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was on time and seamless. The room we stayed in was spotless, meticulously clean, and well-maintained. The attention to detail was truly impressive and made our stay all the more comfortable. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. Their friendly and welcoming attitude truly enhanced our overall experience. One of the highlights of this hotel is its fantastic location. Situated within walking distance to the famous Rynek Główny, we were able to easily explore the beautiful city of Kraków. Additionally, having the Galeria Krakowska right across the street was a major convenience, providing us with a variety of shopping and dining options. Another huge plus was the availability of parking at the hotel. This made our visit hassle-free and allowed us to conveniently explore the city without worrying about finding parking elsewhere. Overall, our stay at the Sky Hotel Kraków was nothing short of outstanding. The combination of prompt service, immaculate rooms, helpful staff, and prime location truly exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed that we are already planning to return in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kraków.

Everything was very clean and the staff was wonderful. The room was cleaned wonderfully every day. They even opened up a cafe area for us to use while we waited to leave on a tour. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and each choice was very tasty and done correctly. Everything aside from getting to the hotel was exceptional.

There really isn't much a hotel can do about its environs. This hotel is close to a major mall, the old town and the train station all of which are awesome. However, actually getting to the hotel from the train station is demanding -- especially for two seniors each dragging a heavy piece of luggage and other accessories. It is too close to warrant a taxi but there are difficult areas for hauling heavy luggage such as up and over a bridge and up about 8 steps to the front door of the hotel. However, that is the ONLY negative.
